No keep going. I'll be a nice reminder come end of the minor round and were well entrenched in the top 5 (3rd?)
As for Vinnie? He's way too good for reserves, in fact a FIT Vinnie Rugolo can be a very damaging league player. Trouble is, what I saw at pre season training 2 weeks ago was a FAT Vinnie Rugolo.

By the sounds of it its all to hard for him so he's going back to a level where he's not needed to train 4 times a week.
