Just for you Browny - Hectorville could lose up to 4 players (all 4 in their top 10) from this year's A grade. 3 training elsewhere and one might be leaving to go and do something else, but I can't really reveal what it is at this point in time. It should come out soon enough...

...when it's confirmed, you'll be the first to know! 8)

I know who your talking about there SD and honestly wouldn't be surprised if they all ended up back with the hounds by start of the season. Well the 3 training elsewhere anyway.
Only one of the three will get a regular A grade game at that level IMO, and its probably the least known out of the three. The other 2 will get found out quite quickly in that division. Good luck to them though, can't knock 'em for trying...

You're right, can't knock 'em for trying. Must admit, it did surprise me a bit when I first heard it and you're probably right - only one of them might 'make the grade'. I guess time will tell if they come back, might depend on whether they commit to signing there and clearances are sought.

You'd think if they've made the decision to have a crack at it, they'd do it for at least a season (a bit like woodcock did at Henley) and then return the following year if unsuccessful...

Have heard 12 or so Glenunga boys following the B grade coach, (Andretti?) to the Unley Jets.
Including A grade captain? Confirm anyone...

Probably not that well if the 12 players leaving rumour is true. That would be hard on any football club. Had a lack of depth as it was! Will they look at playing in a lower division if they can't field 2 sides? (This is of course all specualation at the moment)

..dont know about 12 but the cream is going..i posted it a few weeks ago..unley will go very well this year in div 4..had some good results mid to late last year and these inclusions could push them to high finals if it comes off

glenunga might really be in trouble now..they have had a good history of surviving but if this happens it will be a tough climb..the players going are the core backbone players of the club

Not sure about that.
Lost their best player (matt thomas) and have picked up a heap of blokes who got relegated from Div 5.

its all opinion..just because their club got relegated doesnt mean those boys cant play..the bottom 12 may have been piss weak and the top 12 very good..all relative..cya in september for an update :)
