A Live Scoreboard on your club's official site?

It would be cool having them all in one place.
And for "authenticity" - make it EvF GvH etc Haha.

Maybe there should be a cricinfo type service where it has scores as well as "running commentary" or flashes of information (describing what has been happening).

Haha the authentic idea is a ripper!! It will feel like you are really at the game!
Running commentary would be far easier during cricket i'd imagine.

I reckon you should "choose" what game you're "virtually" at.
That game is the main scoreboard.

On the right, the other 2 or 3 games sit with the letters.

And you have to buy a budget to find out who they are!

Guys, just letting you know I'll be pulling out of the position of liaising between JABA and the various SANFL clubs because of circumstances I'd rather not divulge.

Any clubs that are interested can contact JABA direct and should be able to work something out.

If the clubs don't go ahead with them on official sites then I will negotiated with JABA about having some online scoreboards attached to SAFooty wich my "circumstances" wouldn't have an issue with.

I'd appreciate it if people didn't try and guess as to what those circumanstances were too.

Mate, money had nothing to do with it, the website company was keen to discuss a comission with me but I wasn't interested as I just wanted to help organise a facility that would facilitate SANFL fans.
As I said I don't want to discuss it further and I voluntarily pulled out of this.

Heres an idea out of left field...how much do web cams cost to set up? each club could set up a webcam pointing towards their scoreboard that updates every minute? this might be the cheapest and cleanest solution.

For example http://www.surfsouthoz.com has cams pointed at certain surf breaks which are great to check out before heading down for a surf....the one at seaford simply sits onto of a house on the esplanade
