Also Leigh Brown who there was talk that he was looking for an SANFL club if not drafted has been selected by Collingwood with pick no.73

just shows the quality of our junior programs on selecting and promoting these boys....

Good to see so many SA boys staying in SA.

Pity more were not from westies but still good to see the sa based clubs selecting local talent.

A really good year for the sa lads. i think it may be around 10-12 players selected this year.

What a shame we've thrown out the junior structure that produced this result.

How so? When did SA establish a comp like the TAC Cup?

Last I heard the SANFL clubs were having U18's, which means they still have control, unlike the VFL clubs.
