yes they are not happy as well, employment and the fact they travel from town as"locals" has a fair bit to do with it,one of them work for etsa and do a fair bit of travel with them and when a club dosnt understand this at times it makes it hard!!

What a crock of S#*t. Why would you even try and say that when its not right? When hasnt the club understood their working committments?

Happy Birthday paperpurse. Your like a fine wine!

MC, can you explain the logic of signing JD Ellis as A grade coach for 2009?
Sam McArdle will be a certain starter for United next season. He will make a huge difference to United who have a lacked a tall forward for many years now, and really has prob been the diff between a flag or two and finishing 2nd, 3rd or 4th over recent years.
My tip for the Mail Medal in 2009 is Shayne Broad. He is the premier onballer in the competition who will only get better without having to worry about coaching next season.

Any other decent signings worth mentioning so far, its all been pretty boring on here for a few weeks.

good luck to moff, but u would think he would know more people at mallala than at a new club in adelaide...

Yeah might not know as many people but they would probably treat him better!

To fitzy's credit he has done well for the club and assembled a very good young side which should be strong in the near future, as for me the reason i left was because the travel to two wells and beyond every weekend got to be a bit much in the end.

What's happening at the Wells boys? Sounds like a few player prospects have fallen through.

So where you off too groover?
Wouldnt you stay if the prospect of playing in a premiership is strong in the next few years?
