Another big day for Union fans :D

Will my boys get their first win against the All Blacks...been trying since 1905 and only managed a draw in 1973 :( ...can't blame a girl for dreaming

I think I've worked out the time differences correctly :?

England v Australia, 14:30 (0100 Adelaide)
France v Pacific Islanders, 14:00 (0030 Adelaide)
Ireland v New Zealand, 17:15 (0345 Adelaide)
Italy v Argentina, 14:00 (0030 Adelaide)
Scotland v South Africa, 14:30 (0100 Adelaide)

Don't think you missed much Brod.

Well done the Wallabies. Scotland gave SA a fright which was quite nice to watch.
Congrats to the MK household but the Ire v NZ game was carp...the better side won but both played a terrible game...like watching local Saturday morning club rugby rather than national teams...and the SA ref was just weird...come back Tony Spreaders Spreadbury

England 14 - 28 Australia
France 42 - 17 Pacific Islanders
Ireland 3 - 22 New Zealand
Italy 14 - 22 Argentina
Scotland 10 - 14 South Africa
Wales 34 - 13 Canada

JAS we've just come back from Queensland and we didn't have Foxtel for this game. The referee wasn't Jonathan Kaplan was it?

No worries MK...at least you got a fair excuse for not seeing it...when they played Munster on Tuesday I had the mother of all senior moments and FORGOT so didn't look to watch it online ](*,) :(

The ref for the Ireland game was Mark Lawrence. He seemed to miss some blindingly obvious stuff on both sides that happened right in front of him had to be pointed out by the linesmen. Even the commentators where a pretty staggered at times. But then it wouldn't be sport without a little bit of ref bagging now would it

JAS

P.S. I've just found this gem from the Munster v NZ game...might want to turn the sound down a bit...the crowd seem to enjoy it...a lot :D

The All Blacks are the Devil's own Rugby Team. The undipsuted World Champions, they clean up everyone and win every trophy except the one they really want, the World Cup. They sold their soul for Rugby Brilliance and the first World Cup and are now destined to roam Purgatory and be knocked out at the Semi Final stage for ever more.

The Devil's Own Rugby Team.

The All Blacks are peaking beautifully, as always, in precisely 1 years time they will be the undisputed best team in World Rugby, Bledisloe and Tri Nations champions - exactly as they were in 1997, 2001 & 2005 in the middle of the World Cup cycle.

In 2010 they will start their downward slide to World Cup Quarter Final ignomy....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Yep we got about 4 Kiwi's in the squad now and of course Mafi from Tonga.

We got some Aussie influence too...the coach is Tony McGahan, forwards coach is Laurie fisher and we have player Paul Warrick.

JAS

Wow...you boys seem to be getting a little poetic in your old age :))

I just settle for celebrating a good 'almost' win against a National team with one of these... :tonqe:

There's a referee wandering in purgatory at the moment by the name of Wayne Barnes.

Disappointing doesn't begin to cover it...we're never going to hear the end of it for the season and probably beyond from that awful little :o) Jonathon Davies whenever he does his appalling commentating and studio pundit stuff. Thank you very much Australia X( ;)

Well done to MK and the AB's. I was going to watch the highlights but was so disgusted by the lack of respect from the England fans during the Haka that I switched it off.
