For anyone who likes Tarantino style movies see if you can grab yourself a copy as it's an enjoyable watch, stars Thomas Jane and Aaron Eckhart.

I reckon I saw that years ago, is that the one with the hard bitch in a real tight get up and high heels?

Saw "Before The Devil Knows You're Dead" on the weekend ... Very good movie with a solid cast and quality script.

Can be slow in parts, but Phillip Seymour Hoffman guarantees all of his movies receive a passmark, which this one earns easily.

And as an aside, Marisa Tomei gets the baps out on regular occasion and it would be hard to find a tastier looking 46yr old

Yeah watched that one last week, as you said simple "don't have to think" kind of movie which was generally good (except maybe the latter parts).

Jason Bateman is making a bit of a comeback these days, he was good in Juno also.

Watched "Wall E" last night and as usual it's another pretty good effort by Pixar ... Despite being a kids film it's enjoyable.

The Butterfly Effect.

Because of the type of TV Ashton Kutcher had done up to that point I didn't give it a chance at first but I'm glad I listened to a mate's opinion.

Watched Quantum of Solace last night, it certainly stands up as a good action movie.

However, it wasnt really a Bond movie as such. Where was the gadgets? The corny Bond 1 liners? Even the black book tally didnt get a hiding in this romp.

Interested to hear what others think.

It's worth a watch ... I thought it was good but I had expected more so I was a bit disappointed ... Viggo Mortensen is excellent as always though and Naomi Watts is never anything less than solid.

No gadgets as such in the last bond either or no Q. I saw it, it was good, but there was no 'Bond, James Bond' or 'Martini, shaken, not stirred'

Saw Hot Rod last night.
Was pretty funny.
It was like Napolean Dynamite with a storyline, albeit a very weak one.
Loved the 80s style soundtrack.

Saw it last night -pretty good, but not quite up there with Casino Royale.
I know some aren't liking the re-invented, 'grittier' Bond so much, but you can't please everyone.

Superb action scenes carry the film really, as the plot never seems to get particuarly interesting and the last 15-20 mins are a bit limp.
