No mercy is obviously still bitter about the way he left henley a couple of years ago and that noone down the club wanted to play for him! It's a shame that you cant just let it go and give credit to henley when its due, like last year when they had a magnificent year and injuries played a major part in why they did not win a final and get the holy grail. that is a fact! It's a shame no mercy!

I coached your club did i?
I spoke to the coach that had Henley back then today actually & mentioned to him your stupid post & he laughed twice as much as i did  .
He did tell me the club just couldn't accept his decision to leave & obviously wern't happy losing him, alot of players were in the same boat with the captain making an appeal on the microphone at presentation after there last game saying they would be "shattered" to lose him. Now i can understand where your bitterness comes from Coverking, i think deep down you know how good he was for your club & you've jumped on the train of people who couldn't accept his decision & want to pretend no-one wanted to play under him & bag him.
His records on the board there champ, they did finish 3rd in his first year with a side nothing like this years, he also entised players on to League clubs with 4-5 of them that went on & played League footy, they also won a final :) & lost a close prelim final.
I do recall when he first went there the Niemanns, Hollands etc were 2 of some that probably didn't want to play under him ( more to do with the PORT thing) & they didn't, i don't think he was too phased by that so it was a pretty good effort to get Henley where he did & just as good an effort in developing youngsters & pushing them to better themselves in the SANFL not talking them out of it when they have the ability to make it.

I'm putting my money on Gaza to go down to div 2 with either ROCS or SHOC

From what i hear alot of players leaving from the gaza camp and the vibe around the club just isn't the same as what it was when weeds was out there

The three clubs I have played with in Amateur League were in the North/North East, Inner Northern and West, but no Sharks. I have fallen into the trap of defending myself to a cretin for thinking Henley and OTHER Clubs are well run. From now on if I want to say as much, certainly wont be needing your authority to say so. Cant really help it if your Conspiracy theory has gone out the door Mr Gator. Would have made a good story, but alas no cigar. For the last time (and will type it slowly - just for you to understand) HAVE NEVER HAD AN AFFILIATION WITH THE SHARKS. My opinion on them is based on playing against them and having 3 mates who played there all with glowing references

Unfriendly rivalry - A club that plays against another when a fair bit of pride is on the line, sometimes a tad violent, always a little heated in the battle. - Do I have to clarify further or are you smart enough to work that one out??? - Doubt it. Let it digest a little and MAYBE it will sink in

Here endeth the lesson, what a waste of space!
Why do you continually put a capital C on conspiracy, that is incorrect in the middle of a sentence, you should know that!
Now that is just plain dumb, don't you think?

Yes massive shoes to fill if he leaves. Dont think he'll be going to Norwood though to play reserves.

Gaza might have picked up a fair few players but have lost players at the same time by the likes of the radetti boys, butler, danny lee, shannon patterson (C),big will and a couple more. It might not look alot on paper but it is a pretty big gap to fill

Kane has not signed anywhere. He is still deep in thought on weather to go back to his country club south Gawler or to venture down to play with a couple of mates at Gepps Cross. Very undecided though!!!!

Like i said on another topic i wouldn't be putting Ricky Butler in the out list yet, he is still training with Gaza and seems to think the rumour was started by a mate who plays at Salisbury North.

Officer would know the McLeans, Hudson and Capogreco very well. I'm assuming that would be the link that got him to Gepps.

They have recruited well this year. Kane will do very well in div 1 very unlucky not to have a couple of league premierships under his belt.
