Mark, does your database provide information on deceased players as to who lived longest ie made it to 90-100 years old and youngest ie died young. Cheers.

Hi Mark,

I made a comment on another post about my uncle Darcy Rohrig who played for North Adelaide. I said that he played two seasons 1938 and 1939 but Spell_Check pointed out to me that you have him listed as playing in 1940 and 1941. He is still alive and a few years ago showed me the Budget from his first league game (which his mother had kept). I may need to check again but I was positive it was against Port at Alberton in 1938.

This is what I have on Darcy according to the North Annual Reports from the time...

1940 - 1 game 1 Goal
1941 - 5 Games 10 Goals

Defintely no mention of him in 1938 or 1939.
