What type of player is Brett Wakefield? A ruckman?

No where near a ruckman
five foot eight
Pace to burn, good kick , a good midfielder who plays more outside than in the packs

Someone in a pub somewhere told me Shane Collins was likely to coach North Adelaide Under 18's. Seem to remember he had success as a junior coach at Onkas.

That one is doing the rounds with some momentum, Hahndorf have found some coin somewhere, throwing it around at anyone and everyone according to my source.
Now that is just plain dumb, don't you think?

Well to be honest to Russell he struggled to make the field this year with his weak hamstrings. But when making the field thought he managed a few kicks. Your being a bit harsh Silky maybe he thinks Meadows are more of a chance to play finals next year than Onkas which will probably be the case.

Does anyone know if the Mt Lofty v IB game will be under lights (and on Anzac Day)? Last season's game v Onkas on Anzac day evening was fantastic. Nothing gets you pumped more than hearing the last post before a game, even better than the national anthem.

What a load of crap since when have Bridgewater and Birdwood been rivals they should be playing Mt Lofty.

The league gave the option to clubs to choose their rivals. I'm assuming Lofty and Ironbank both said each other. Birdwood chose Loby but I'm assuming Loby and Hahndorf chose each other.
I guess Birdwood and Bridgewater just ended up with each other.

Ironbank are the only side willing to play under lights.
All games will be played over two days. Senior sides on the sat and colts sides on the sun. (except for Lofty V Ironbank) This is because no sport can be played before noon on Anzac day.
