Can anyone tell me if any clubs were actually impeded by this points system? Using Uraidla for example, did any of there huge number of quality, non-local recruits, ever have to play B-Grade because they were carrying too many points?

Also as for Jezza Aufderheide, he never played juniors for the fairys but has played a few C-Grade games years ago. Will that effect how many poitns he's worth?

Did Shane Collins get a gig anywhere next season? Or is he having a season off watching Onkas, North and Roger James?

I beleive Scott Byrt is going overseas. Graetz to retire. Leaves a couple of holes in their forward line. I beleive Mt Barker like to keep things pretty quiet though, like they did in 2003.

Would be a big inclusion especially if Klun is back aswell. Would have one of the better midfields going around, I can't see him leaving Barker though.

It's not like Onkas really need any more talented on-ballers in their side either, but you would still take him. Any more news on the 'Jack Beverlander to Onka's rumour'?

Beverlander will not leave Bridgewater no chance what so ever one of the most loyal blokes the club has got alongside the big pig.

Graetzy is a definite in the A's. Leading Goal kicker this year for the Central Div, being a bit hard on the guy aren't we. One of the fittest guys going around for 35yo, beats most younger than himself. J-Mac is not leaving in a hurry either. A couple of u19's from Sturt could be back this season as well with the changing of the comp to u18's plus a few extra's. Will know more next week at training.
Other news, Muffy definite at Tailem this season and they are chasing hard for Brett Wakefield from Kanga's. Could be a chance too.

obviously your mixed up with the footy club so you probably got your finger on the pulse.. thats good news to hear that graetz will still be running around in the 1's. who are the u/19's from Sturt coming back, surely if they are some of the better 19's they will get a gig in the reserves.
The McDonald issue im not so sure of though, supposedly there is already an offer on the table from Onka's if he wants to take it, and he spends quite a bit of time with those lads over summer up the river so dont be too certain yet.
