I assume this is some Kenilworth fad? Was this brought on in tribute to Dylan's sex change?

I think Scotch OC have proved that they are not soft. A club could not remain in Div 2 for ten years if it was soft.

And yes, before you jump on the bandwagon, I realise they will be going down to Div 3 next year.

Not soft though.

Can we include Edwardstown in this thread? They're as soft as a college team.

Funny - I played 250 games of country, district and finally; old scholars
Want me to start naming some very soft district sides I played against! They were usually the ones with the biggest mouths - I see nothing much has changed

Some are and some are not...then again some footy clubs are soft. I went to a school where almost 95% of the team was made up of Athelstone, Golden Grove, TTG and Modbury players so we did not play like a college team thats for sure.

Not Rivvies or Portland Iron Fist - I played against Rivvies in the 80's when we were in A1 - good hard games. Portland were similar this year.

Should stop pissing on our trees though..................LOL

Ahhh it was great back in the day (when i use to go to the local footy) watching the old parkers (Eastern Park) against the college sides.

Still make me laugh thinking about it now.

Actually, I should qualify that comment by saying "in the "A"s - plenty of knuckledraggers in the other Portland teams.

I remember that........I turned away to see if any of your guys were watering our trees as it was less embarrassing - they should have given the dad 2 games!

I would have snotted my father if he did that

Mind you, I think that kid went to Sacred Heart, so we might take a pass on that little incident

Have to say I have never seen that before - not typical PAC dada. But must admit, with a 19yo playing rugby, I get a tad edgy on the sidelines, But he would belt me if I intervened
