CK is pissed off. Krejza has got a wicket and Shitey doesn't get one of them until the score is 400 plus.

Krejza gets a wicket. Its like Likos getting his first club wicket last week after 5000 plus club runs haha i just think a bloke that averages 50 in first class cricket shouldnt even get the chance to say he has been on an aussie tour

anyone prepared to eat humble pie about Krejza? Bowled well after the inital onslaught from the indians.
He could have easily had 4 on the first day if the Aussie's held their catches. Mitchell Johnson made Phil tufnell like Jonty rhodes with that drop yesterday!

I can't see Krejza playing after this test, because the selectors will more than likely opt for a leggie if it's not in India.
But he wasn't that bad yesterday. After the first few overs I think he looked okay.
I think he was also just unfortunate he met Virender Sehwag in that sort of mood.
A mood which was caused by poor bowling from Brett Lee early on.

I think they are ruing not preparing a replacement for Warnie.
I truly believe they thought MacGill could have continued for another 2-3 years until a replacement was found. But he is just as old as Warne.
I know we probably won't see another bowler in the same category as SK Warne, but surely there could have been some work done to ensure there is someone who is competent at Test level.

What's just as bad is the state of our pace attack.
Brett Lee is 32 now and in a slump. He is supposed to be our frontline bowler.
He is nowhere near the menace he once was.
Stuart Clark was the Glenn McGrath replacement, but he seems to be a one-trick pony.
As much as I hate to say it, Mitchell Johnson is our best bowler at the moment.
He is young, keen and while he might go for a few runs, he bowls wicket-taking deliveries.

Having said that, get those guys back on the livelier Australian pitches and this rant could make me look stupid!

Lee is having a shocking tour but should be okay back at home. I'm really worried about Clark though..., although the bouncier Australian pitches will suit him.

No fast bowler looks the goods when carrying injuries and Clarky appears to have picked up a couple of nigglies. He bowled OK but the Indians, untroubled by any additional bounce could just afford to sit on him. He'll be right.

You're complaining about 3 consecutive maidens?

5 on debut is a great effort in the first innings in India. Despite going for 200+ it is a great achievement.

And for what it's worth when the curators produce road after road you can't blame the bowlers for bowling negatively. If all we can do is stop them racing along then let's do it. This is test cricket and frustrating the opposition is a legitimate tactic. If India aren't willing to have a go at balls wide outside off then that's their choice.

Our spinning stocks are embaressing, honestly, we shouldn't even have a spinner on the tour let alone in the team. No point gifting a birth to any of them, none of them are up to the task. Play 4 quicks + Watson.

You would have to be an idiot to say we should'nt take a spinner to India.Have a little think about it.......
