Its good to see DC getting wickets could end up with 12 in the second 11 match.

Borgas is the one who deserves selection. He's made 2 centuries since his last game .. something Cosgrove hasn't managed to do.

Cosgrove has done nothing for three years. He has also proved he has failed at first class level as well.

Borgas has made 100s at 1st class level in the past and is in top form at present. Until Cosgrove can start making big 100s at 2nd XI and Grade levels, we shouldn't even think about him.

Is Cosgrove better than guys currently in the side? Is he more likely to score runs than guys currently in the side?

A. Yes.

25 runs, 3 wickets.

Looks done and that last wicket stand on the 2nd day will be the difference!

That was 1 ball not 5 seperate wide deliveries. Regardless Tait is the guy most likely to have taken the wickets and he gets taken off. Basically conceding defeat with that move.

Anyway game over now. Tas 7/184 have won outright.

Pretty disappointing. We had a real chance to win this game but they just don't know how.

What a Gutsy Win by the Tasmanians.
To dig themselves out of a hole in BOTH innings is a real credit to their fighting spirit.
Sa players need to learn from this but i dont think they will as they have been given the same lesson over and over and over again in recent years and it hasn't sunk in yet so cant see it changing any time soon.

Well done to Callum Ferguson (Leading run scorer for the match) tho everyone wants to Rubbish him.
Also great effort by debutant Peter George, Taking 6 wickets.

I can't recall anyone ever rubbishing Ferg like you suggest JJ?
I think it is more along the lines of: that everyone is aware of his talent and expect more from him next game - consistently scoring 40-60 runs without converting into centuries, for a batsman with his talent, is below par.

What I am more concerned about right now though, is why Sportsbet is yet to pay me my winnings on Tasmania winning outright!

Spot on blink. He could be a great player but at the moment he is just an okay player. He's pulling his weight that's for sure but he could be doing much more than that.
