Meadows v Aldgate looks like being another good one from these 2 clubs.
Gaters made 207 after solid starts from wisey and andy h (35 each) and bjordal made a pretty impressive 65 after having a little lad on Thursday.

Dubois was pretty sharp and took 7 for 50 odd and really impressed (should play association), chad got 2 and a run out as well.

going to be a good battle when dubois bats, put a couple of short ones into piggy!

Wow you don't want an angry piggy steaming in at you. I think S Russell is the key to this to this match if he can get a start look out Gators.

Hmmmmmm... Looks like the Tigers are cruisin to another flag. Hackett must be seein' em like absolute watermelons  Who was sendin them down for the Cav's?

Please tell me it was Sean Kav - not Steve who made the Warriors look stupid!!!! Doesn't Steve 'keep? and good to see a good young leggie in Craig Smith gettin some wickets in the TVCA, maybe Wimberley will be lookin over his shoulder come Meyer Shield time?? Haven't seen him but heard he gives it a fair rip!

Also heard T Rathjen slapped another quick 40 odd in Palmers victory over Paracombe. A few batsmen in good form early in the TVCA, lets hope it lasts until the Jan. long weekend on the Island - Victory to the Valleys AGAIN!!!!! :D

You should probably write the hills association off allready. Over in KI and the lads do have a bit of a reputation being able to hit the turps when away from home!

Everyone sent them down for the Cav's......No one could get Hackett out! And the short boundaries of Houghton suited him.

Warriors had a good a day as the Cavaliers.....It WAS Steve Kavanagh!?!?

Think all the association sides give the "Cricket Trip" a good going over on the Turps. Expect Torrens Valley's Nick 'Slim' Johns to be the standout.

Not too sure.....Not a big weekend for the Cavaliers, and with a Bucks Day and Wedding scheduled over the next game things could get worse. :(

Wow  47 eh Cougar... Good to see the reigning A2 Premiers being pushed but thats ridiculous, although maybe they could suit up against SCIBS

Good to hear about the possible struggle for numbers over in Cav land for the next couple of weeks, It's been a while since Woodside got the points against the Brooks so the Warriors could use a little help after dismally failing against the Magpies. Not a 6 hit all afternoon at Gum, can't remember a game that either "Wingers" or "Big Slim" didn't put a few over the top.
Young Smithy looked good from my vantage point but the old saying "Catches win Matches" was never as true - Woodside spilled 6 chances in 15 overs - letting Rhys/Riley/Rohan Carpenter to wangle his way to 33. A couple of harder ones but there were some absolute dolly's put down.

Good to see Wehrman, Farrugia, R James all playing after you announced their retirement a few months ago - what next... is Trev Schlein gonna fly back to pull on the whites too???

Who's gonna be missing Cougar?

Wehrman has been coxed back into playing with appointment of Frohling, while R James will be only be playing spontaneously when we're short. Sadly Jarrad Farrugia announced his retirement after his farewell game against Lobethal on Saturday. The Cavaliers will never be the same. :(

Some interesting second days coming up- The gate v meadows match you would think meadows could make but never know.

How do you think the Happy's v Stirling will end up? I think it'll go down to the wire for what its worth.

Uris in a very strong position against Lofty. Will need something special from Bennett, Sinclair and Brown or it could be a long day for the red caps.
