We start mid-November. Once a week on Wednesday, but purely skills based stuff. Just to have us kicking a footy again and to get the lads together for a few beers afterwards.

Coincidentally, our 'Meet the Coaches' is this Sunday at the Clubrooms from 1pm. Anyone keen for a kick and a catch next season is welcome.

I think Browny will be keen as it appears Brahma Lodge signed Payney from Eastern Park last night and they also signed 5-6 players according to the 2009 coaches forum via the Buglar

Huh? You linking Browny to Houghton now. My god Browny, you seem to be a much sought after player.

Will Boozehound cross the Main North Rd with him?
Now that is just plain dumb, don't you think?

I think Booze will cross Main North Road but head in a more Northerly direction toward the Adelaide Plains

That's not what I've been told. Staying metro is his wish.

Didn't Mike Dusty Millar coach Braham Lodge last year? That would make it a Brahma Lodge/Eastern Park coach swap!!

?????? WHAT?????? why would EP get rid of a coach that took them up a grade to DIV 2 and pick a DIV 6 coach from a team that got relegated down a grade to DIV 7??????? What was Eastern Park thinking?

Oh well good pick up for BL i guess.

Demongirl Why dont you ask the people who did the interview? They will tell you his presentation was outstanding and if the club needed to go forward the right move was made. There are plenty of ruckman around. There are now 3 clubs from Gepps X to Gawler now in Div 1 or 2. Any decent footballer who had a brain in their head should be banging on their door right now.

Have heard that Port Districts have nominated or are thinking about nominating for a D Grade, this would fill the void left by Edwardstowm if they were to be put in this grade.
