Crap. Only 3 wickets. Looks like we have to try and scrape another draw, how exciting.

We'll lose this match by an innings, count on it.

Pathetic stuff.

Yeah it's gone and NFC could well be right here, if the Indians rack up 600+ then we will lose by more than last match. Disappointing after the First Test performance where we very nearly won.

Oh dear. We've got two bowlers who are holding up an end in Watto and Clark. We've got a fast guy who all of a sudden doesn't look so fast and our main spin option bowled less than 100 overs in first class cricket last year. Our main wicket taker is a bloke who can't move it back in towards the wicket.

Not only is the test over so is the era. As I have been saying for many months we'll continue to be a good side at home but our days of winning on the road are over and that will include the Ashes series next year.

Well done Laxman, he is probably one of my favourite Indian cricketers, seems very quiet........ and isn't stuck up like the others.

yes laxman is a top bloke - after the india vs zimbabwe one day game a few years back when he made a big score - he was man of teh match nd after the game did his on gorund interview then when coming off teh ground there must of been about 100 of us trying to get his autograph and he signed every single one of them despite the security guard telling him the bus was going to leave without him and stuff like that- laxman didnt care he just kept signing.

ps i dont think many of the indians are stuck up at all - they are all very approachable when they are out here

Think the look on Ponting's face after Gambhir hit the last 4 before lunch summed things up. We are f*cked. It will be so difficult for our batsmen to be in a positive frame of mind when they eventually get their turn. This could be another very large defeat.

I also agree with REB that Watson has been one of our 2 best bowlers for the match. No wonder we can't get any wickets. All credit to him but the way he has bowled would only be effective if we had front line bowlers bowling well. If the batsmen were under pressure from someone else then they be prepared to take more of a risk against Watto. As it stands they don't have to take a risk therefore he's very very unlikely to get a breakthrough.
