we have to play cosgrove and the two cullens otherwise we will possibly lose 3 of our 4 most talented young players we have (ferg is going okay so getting a game currently). we just failed to hang onto our best player from last season and by losing more gun kids to other states it looks as if we will be down the bottom of the table for even longer.

Cullen Bailey isn't a first class cricketer and Dan Cullen isn't much better. I can understand D.C. playing in the one day side to a degree but he shouldn't be in the Shield team. It's our woeful-ness that has allowed D.C. to keep a spot in the side and Bailey to ever play first class cricket. If either thinks they would get a regular game playing anywhere else, see ya later.

Someone to keep an eye on over the next few years to see if he can develop. Is also a gun footballer played for teh WA U/18s this year but has cricket got in first?? (he has a Rookie contract with WA)

WCP, Those players not batting are listed alphabetically. Thos that are out or currently batting are listed in batting order.

If both players shouldn't be in the SS team, then who would be your spinner in the team?

SA 2nd XI 3/204

Delmont 80
Borgas 89*
Cosgrove 21*

Good recovery after being 2/6. Hopefully Borgas goes on and makes a massive hundred and Cossie gets amoungst it as well.

Lets not forget this is NSW's third string bowling attack

No Lee, Bracken, Clark or Bollinger so we should make runs

On teh 2nd XI game I for one will be very happy if Cosgrove bats until stumps and puts his name up for selection.
