There's another shot for the Wallabies though as they turn the scrum over.
Here comes the imposing figure of Cross stepping towards the line..and he's over and we do have the big climax! Hold onto your hats!
CROSS TRY CONVERTED BY GITEAU! 24-28!

What a finish to a fantastic match. The match that went down to the wire.
New Zealand cling on following an Australian onslaught at the death!
The Wallabies almost steal the match but credit to this tough All Blacks team who hang on for the final win.
What a contest here in Brisbane. Graham Henry's men retain the Tri-Nations and Bledisloe Cup for another year in front of a packed house of over 52,000 people at the home of rugby union in my opinion.

I'll take the win.

Shocking refereeing though. Not sure why an Irishman is refereeing a Bledisloe Cup game. It's usually a South African as part of the Tri-Nations. Hope this doesn't happen too often. Did his best to ruin a really good spectacle.

haha...wait for this...just for a laugh I had a look at Expedia.co.uk and put in for a return flight and 2 nights in a 3* hotel for one arriving the day before and leaving the day after....

Cheapest yes cheapest is...£1634...that's about 3,894$AU

...and that's room only too. For some bizzare reason all the flights have me going via Paris.

Looked at the cheapie Irish airline Ryanair...could go from Edinburgh for about £40 return but then the problem is getting to Edinburgh...it's about 5 hours away and trains don't run 24/7 so would need 2 nights hotel there too...oh the joy of living in the back of bloody beyond haha.

But I wouldn't seriously go to the breakfast anyway...there's limited places and far more dedicated fans who take the trouble to go to games deserve to go.

oh and the 50Euros for the breakie works out at about 100$AU

Look forward to hopefully seeing the games online...I think the sainted Rupert has bagged them all for tv.

Regards
JAS
