Born in the Promised Land in Central territory (Elizabeth) after being conceived in what I also consider Doggie territory (London). However, only lived in Elizabeth for six months before moving to West territory( Lockleys) for 30 years. Moved to Glenelg territory (West Beach) for ten years and will move back there at the end of this year.

Unfortunately have never lived in Sturt's zone.

Have been in West Torrens, North Adelaide, Norwood, W-WT and Glenelg's.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Born in Elizabeth, moved to the Adelaide hills as a youngin but I don't follow Sturt.
While in primary school I got selected to train for the Sturt mini league one year at Unley.
Was a good experience but alas, I missed the cut AND HAVE HATED STURT EVER SINCE!!!!!!!
Breathe in, breathe out.....thats better.
My shrink tells me I'll be alright soon.

I think I live in the Queen's Park Rangers zone!

But I grew up in the Norwood Zone, and own a house a few minutes walk from Coopers, so if I'm in SA, I'll be in the Norwood zone for sure!

Its funny, when I lived in Camden Park it was Wests zone, its now Glenelgs.
When I lived in Ascot Park it was Glenelg's zone, its now Wests!

I think Ive gone from:
Highbury: Norwoods zone
to
Camden Park: Wests zone
to
Ascot Park: Glenelg's zone
to
Glenelg: Glenelg's zone
to
Glengowrie: Glenelg's zone
to
Reynella: Glenelg's zone
to
Happy Valley: South's zone

Of those (and disregard Norwood as I left that area when I was a baby) West and South have promoted themselves the best but South have dropped off this year after peaking last year when Phil H was there.
Only reason I knew I lived in Glenelg's areas was because I was a SANFL fanatic, wouldn't have had a clue otherwise and I was there from the age of 11 to 28.

I'm not sure if the map is out of date or what exactly, but the Blackwood football club has always had a strong association with the Sturt football club yet based on that map it resides in the West Adelaide zone. A few of the lads from Blackwood have ended up as players at Sturt over the years too, which makes me question if there is a more up to date version of the map availiable and if not how can a local club have strong ties with a particular SANFL club if it resides in another SANFL clubs zone? I also know some kids who are training with Sturt Juniors who live in South territory based on that map; their families are pretty adament their kids are only playing for Sturt too so are these families in trouble or have the boundaries moved? Are there special conditions allowing these things to take place? These are probably a silly question to some people but I'd still like some clarification.
