"ADELAIDE United captain Travis Dodd writes exclusively about his team's 0-1 win against Bunyodkor in Tashkent, Uzbekistan."

What an odd way to start an article....we lost!

Thanks for the link though Thiele

Dude the game finished at what midnight?

IMO, walking around the following day like a zombie is a badge of honor to be displayed proudly after getting up to see your team win.

World Cup '06 - only missed 6 games. Sleep is life's most easily sacrificed commodity!

You're obviously wiser than I. During year 12 I'd stay up until all hours watching the 99 cricket world cup (BOOF you legend!!!). Scraped through to my desired course by the skin of my teeth.

It's a pity Soccer Australia can't get it's act together.

This is the Greatest sporting achievment of any club in Australias' history.

Where are the accolades...?

Where is the publicity of SOCCER.

Every kid in Australia should be wearing a "RED T shirt" and kicking a soccer ball.

SHAME SOCCER AUSTRALIA

On Thursday I listened to Fresh on the drive home from work and they tried to get the game on the air but had problems at the stadium so blame the Uzbekis. First they couldn't even get into the right room because the local Police had the key (how and why???) and they couldn't even track them down. Then when they finally got into a joint where they could call the game there were technical problems with the equipment.

Oh and Dog ger, you should try thinking before you post sometimes and some of it is crap. There is quite a bit of publicity, not more than footy but it's ok... the real thing that puzzled me....

Why should everyone in Australia be wearing a Red t-shirt when it's ADELAIDE in the ACL Final. Do you really expect Tard and Bling fans to be wearing United tops??? Also, the world game is the junior sport with the most participants, if you tried opening your eyes you will see that there are a heap of young kids kicking a football around!! It is hugely popular with the youngsters of this country!

Also, if you are going to post stuff like that you should try getting some facts right as it's called football... and the governing body is Football Australia.
