PB; Ive been doing weights for the last 6 weeks with a few lads. Not sure what the go has been with moving some of the old equipment to the shed. Might have to chase it up with Chow.

Running has been less formal. Only 2 times a week with a bike session thrown in as ell. Runs have only been easy 5-7km. Nothin to hard yet. I reckon the way to go is to have two groups, a morning group and evening group. Pick a time and spot and have all the guys keen meet there?? Thinkin of doing the same for the guys that have bikes/want to ride. Pick a spot and time on a sunday morning/arvo and just go from there.
