Yeah as blackcat said he was jumping around a bit. They showed a replay of the players.. and when Cleary hit the winning shot he was already standing up.. before his team mates.. and when he saw they would get 2 runs and win he got pretty excited. That is great to see considering he has hardly even spent time with his new team mates.

Last season it was a victory off the last ball against NSW, this year it was the second last ball. Younis should settle in nicely; todays score should not be really taken into account due his lack of time here so far.

P.S - No rain tonight, no rain in sight here, they really should play Gabba and SCG matches here. ;)

He got a pretty decent delivery, not a lot he could do there.

You are right about the weather though, beautiful for cricket.

yeah good idea, half of all test matches, ODI's, Sheffield Shield and Ford Ranger Cup matches are all washed out.

Bring cricket to the home of cricket, Adelaide Oval!

thats why hes in the team

Almost deja vu ... 2 years ago he made 31 from 9 balls against NSW, including 3 sixes in the final over.

Borgas is a real talent, and hopefully he can score a lot more regularly in the Sheffield Shield.

MY VOTES
1 TAIT mom by a minit 5/27[10]
2 BIRD 4/48[10] sensational effort
3 KLINGER 79[120] chasing 262 is a lot and you need to make them first b4 thinking about how quickly

No votes for clamCAM Borgas but his 6 was the match winning hit
59[76] v VI
39 [35] V NS

Gotta play this guy in the SS as well
He is capable of making big scores

Alot of the South Australian batsmen (Borgas, Ferguson, Cosgrove.....) are very capable, but just cant score the runs when they are required.

Borgas just needs to find consistency, he is a fantastic striker of the ball.

Ferguson has some mental issues or something, not sure what his problem is but he can look like one of the best cricketers in domestic cricket and then next minute he's in the pav.

Cosgrove needs to be put back in the team for the next match I reckon.

good call.

It's time we gave Cosgrove ago again, with the team on a "winning streak" this might ease him into the team a bit easier.

Klinger did a good job but there were times when he struggled to turn the strike over enough. He will be great for us in the Sheffield Shield but he is the sort of guy who really needs more hitters around him in the shorter version of the game. He can hold the innings together and have guys bat around him but unfortunately the SA side doesn't have a Boof Lehmann any more. Ideally Cossie can find some form and this will improve the batting line up considerably. Kilinger's role will be more effective if guys around him score quicker and he has less pressure on him.

Klinger did look like he was carrying a knock which wouldn't have helped but he is a very good cricketer, at least he puts a price on his wicket and it ain't cheap.

Dan Harris isn't really the big hitting type which can help him out even though he did score a 59 ball 50 today. Cosgrove and Klinger would be a top partnership as they would support each other well, Cossie wouldn't have as much pressure on him knowing he has someone at the other end who is willing to hang around. That's in one day cricket of course.
