What's his motivation for the reynella job mex? was david earl M.V A grade assistant this year?
whats he like?

Early has been assistant to Steve for the last 3 years, played in A grade flags and also played quite a bit of league for South and also coached down there. I would say his motivation to coach Reynella is that it would be seen as the ultimate job to test yourself as a coach, so many have tried and failed to taste the ultimate success, MAJOR changes are required at Oval road for them to progress and he will not be afraid to make them, i have a feeling success will not be immediate there... As for what David is like... All i will say is enjoy your pre-season boys, for those that stick at it you will certainly be fitter than ever before...

sounds like a great move for the club. hope everyone embraces the changes! hopefully Bes is assistant, buy the sounds they would be a good partnership. Bes will provide alot of background for him. i agree changes are probly needed and kids have to be played. lets hope the real club men stay around for the kids!

How can anyone leave a club after being a part of premierships and record breaking years, then coach against them for one of their biggest rivals???

I know the challenge of coaching an unsuccessful club might be enough, but coaching the wineflys after being at the Emu's for so long is like Lowndes crossing over to Ford.

Now that the Emus are in somewhat of a rebuilding stage, it will be interesting to see who the true club people are that stick together no matter what on-field results bring.

Does anyone know if Morphies wanted him for their A grade coach? sounds like he would have been a pretty good fit. Was he dissapointed he wasnt considered for that role?
is their trouble down at Emu land? What other names have left?

I agree Dutchman should be very interesting to see who sticks around now that the B grade coach has left to follow Steve Hill aswell. :?

I think that you will find that Summerton has already coached Reynella's A grade before. Good move by the flys if correct about Earl, he should be able to TEAC them a thing or two.

The Emus have also lost there President as well. Some pretty high profile departures.

Dale Wilson is the man they are referring to. I doubt it that he has also left M.V. If so well dont to McLaren Vale they have really hit the jackpot with their coaching list, things will start to look up down there again over the next few years.

And as for the pres pretty sure they are talking about Beeching earlier in the year stepping down as president.

Turmoil at Morphett Vale?? Is their a reason everyone is leaving at once. There must be more going down there? Not trying to stir shit, just wondering if it's not as happy as it would seem? Would all of these people left if the 5 in a row was achieved

swooper / ZC / twisties / BRD what's your take on club man Earl leaving for your rivals. You guys must have an opinion on the issue? mex and dutchman have presented theirs.

Honestly I think this would have happened had we won or not. Hilly wasn't going on, Beech had signalled his intentions to move out of the role so I don't think losing the GF had too much influence on that.

As far as Early going to Reynella, I guess I'll reserve my judgement as to whether its the right choice by them. Good in an assistant role but yet to be seen how he will go as the main man.

The only turmoil at Morphett Vale is about the fact that Early could "out" a few of the Emus SAFooty.net posters to his new mates!!! HELL :x

Losing the coaches of a club is a big thing,
but if all the players still hang around It shouldnt affect the club as whole as we all are aludeing to. From what Ive heard there getting a few players back (MV) that is. My early prediction is they will be a force next year.

It seems like Morphies had known the A grade coach was leaving Mid year. the B grade coach walked out for 5 minutes.Mid year.
not sure about Beach.(pres)

Already proved himself at McLaren Flat. He'll handle the job alright ---- big question is how the Wineflies react to him.

Only turmoil i would associate with the MVFC at the moment would the B&F night just been. It was more like a GF celebration night then a vote count. Certainly a night to remember (unfortunately no-one actually can!!)

My mail is that the new A grade coach will be announced shortly. Unfortunately i dont have a name. B grade is interesting with Pro hart's finest work yet Dale Wilson making a last second decision to take Mclaren Mcgoos.
