Yeah....the poll on the div 4 forum is more representative of how many GG posters snoop around these parts rather than a reasonalbe expectation.

I think the best approach is to go into the season with little to no expectation, as we have done in the last 2 years.

First goal is to establish ourselves as serious contenders. There abouts early, just like every game.
Then secure a spot in the 5
Then secure a double Chance
Then think about top spot.

Gotta learn to walk before you can run (thats 1 cliche for you pag) and considering the uncharted territory that is div 4 i expect a few more bumps in the road than the majority may expect. That said, with the players confirmed to be returning, a couple more recruits and a massive preseason by all involved there is no reason why we can not dare to dream.

The best way to ensure that the best possible results is for everyone to put in a massive pre-season and go from there. BB is right. Can't afford to think that going into Div 4 will be as easy as going from 6 to 5. We had been in Div 5 before and knew what to expect. Div 4 is like going out on a first date...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

D, don't give them the edge! Scientific studies have proven that rubbing one out before a game releases endorphines and provides enough adrenalin to give competitors a winning advantage. There are a number of sporting teams (mainly soccer) that do it around the world, however I think it's done at half time to increase their endurance for the remainder of the match.

True story! :D
