We're tossing up whether to pick up NG or to get Jeff White from Melbourne...

I thought the rule no cameras on footy trip applied but it obviously didn't. Decent pic but

I've heard Waikerie have lost seven players from their premiership team already, two signing with Gaza. Anyone heard anything similar? Names?

Hopefully they are locals. So they cant just go buy a heap more players, as per usual.

I've heard Bill Habey has put in for the coaching job there

How do you really feel BC?

Ok - here's some stuff I've heard....

An Independent club on the look out for a coach has had interest from a former premiership coach. If it all falls into place he will be taking with him a RFL goal umpire as his team manager. Two players thought not to be playing for that club next season will actually play. The coach's step son will leave the club he joined this season, while a very talented youngster will leave another Independent club to play.
This could make the club a threat to play in the grand final next season.

If it all falls into place....

Meantime, according to something I heard today, a well known Independent player is set to not play next season. He's been integral in the club's success of previous seasons, although they haven't been able to achieve the ultimate. You all know who this cat is....

The RFL goal umpire gives the first one away, the two players thought not to be playing were always going to play. However one of them has increased work commitments and that is why he stepped down from his leadership roles.

The second one has got me stumped as I thought they were both the same club.

I'll blame my hairdresser for that dodgy bit of goss. She's usually on the ball ;)

I've heard Berri may lose Les Pearson next year as he has put himself up for the draft. Story has it, there are a few clubs looking at him. Huge loss for Berri if he gets picked up.

It'd be a shallow draft?

Mulligain's won his premiership and can now leave the Riverland.....

Les told me on the footy trip. He seemed quite serious too. It was the second day into the trip and he'd only drunk two schooners to that stage, so it wasn't piss talk.
