Grand Final Pre Match Entertainment

Postby Columbo » Sun Oct 05, 2008 10:41 pm

What did people who were at the game think of the pre match entertainment today?

The girl who sang the national anthem was ok, as was the motorcade but the stuff that was going on when the Grand Final song was being sung, what was that all about
Trust the process.

Sunday's pre-match entertainment was one of the worst I'd ever seen. What was with the waving around of red, white, blue, black and gold cards - they could have at least got them to form the club logos or something.

Perhaps Trent Goodrem should have persuaded his sister to help out...
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

The funniest thing was the bloke who sang his own Grand Final song. The song started including the vocals b4 he was even at the mike! GOLD! as was the look on his face. Half way through the song he ripped out his earpiece as well. He was pretty pissed off at the end of it all as he walked off.

PS the pre-match entertainment was very ordinary but I didn't have any expectations going on previous years.

The pre game entertainment was very ordinary ,but the entertainment in regards to the lovely talent of the female variety that came out in droves was probably the best I"ve ever seen at a game of footy.
Being quite a warm sunny day it was actually outstanding, the eye candy was at a level where it became distracting, definately made up for the crappy pre game stuff.
Cheers 8)
