nice work :)

anytips for coach?
platts gonna step up?

Bar the Earl application?

Platts has great qualities as a coach, has been a great A grade player over the years and knows when to slap on the serious face, not sure if he is interested though.

Nathan Young could be another possible, again not sure if interested

Someone from outside would be good for the club also, perhaps Ken McGregor…. ???? Please Ken???

Wasn't Mick Ciccalella going to do it this year but pulled out due to work commitments and Jazz stepped back in to help out.

What about a Cicci triple act......Justin Captain/Coach, Mick Assistant Coach on the bench and Dylan Co-Captain.

Would be interesting

Most people would easily have him in their top 3.

So if the same Q was asked about the AFL Buddy Franklin or Gary Ablett Jnr wouldnt be in yours MC?

Visser was a long shot and really a load of crap, I was just in a pain-in-the-arse mood and thought id stir the pot

Still dirty about the september 20th choke mate.........

I think you are not paying HWE the respect by saying malalla choked. Surely they deserve credit for winning the game themselves. They played to a disciplined game plan needed in the finals. To hold malalla to that kind of score is a credit and they thouroghly deserved to win. Well thats just what i think anyway

Hard to replace….HWE lost Brad Valentine (State Country player), Joel Wilson (State Country player), Paul Chivell (Assoc Player) and Dillon Catford (Assoc Player) from last years side, had no A Grade recruits this year and won the premiership. Bout time you gave the young ones a bit of respect mate.

Easy tiger, was just asking the question. I also did ask whether the younger players looked promising. You have still managed to sneek in a couple of handy recruits over the last couple of years in Light, Barnes, McCormack  .

Quite certain McCormack won't be back. The club made a statement in moving him on after glassing a sponsor & i'm sure they would want to stand by that!

Why were Hamley so keen to re-sign Burgess again this year?
Surely a club in that situation should at least advertise and see what is available before re-signing a bloke that hasnt really set the world on fire. Are things really that tight over the bridge?

I think United will be having the biggest clean out, as they really need to start looking further forward than just next year.

Vandenburg, Cockatoo, Mansfield, Schubert, Dalgleish, Quinno, would all be 30+ and past thier prime.
Im sure Heath Pym will bring a few players with him back from Eagles next season, so that may be exactly what they need.
Has Shayne Broad re-signed to coach next season yet MC? Thats important also, given Shimmer, Taylor are good mates with Braody.

I think he must be now Unit! Been a boring day at work today cause Droppie hasn't sent me his usual 25 daily emails of porn.

Maybe when he comes back he can ask Matt Dickie how to cure strange diseases

Nothing wrong with having a bit of experience to mix in with our kids Donkey! I'm not in the loop but I don't think that Broady has re-signed yet, but that may have something to do with the fact he's in New Zealand until later this month.
