Who else has won from the other clubs?

Who cares???????

Obviously not you, bonehead so keep your opinion to yourself, Lee has won his 4th club B&F and should probably get a bit more notice from the maggots, but that's another issue.

Shaun took out b-grade association and club best and fairest at the rip old age of 36, that is a reasonable effort considering the average age of most b-graders!!

Worth noting!!
Sorry people I only deal in facts!

Well who knows if the name of the Hummocks "angry ant" will ever be revealed?

Well done Lee Allmond on another TW B&F. Sobey wins the A Grade award for the second time at United - I guess a popular winner out there at Long Plains MC?

Top 10 APFL players (1996-2006):

Matt Oliver Bal
Scott McArdle Unit
Todd Thorne Mal
Troy Wittwer Unit
Travis Opitz Unit
Roger Campbell Virg
Luke Slattery Ham
Blake Norton Virg
Jared Wilson Hum
Joel Wilson Hum

... to late for Cheeky, too early for Allmond ...... Looking at longevity too, no "one or two year wonders"

And aside from Thorne and Norton it's no coincidence success has been around all of these blokes in their respective golden years at the top of their games

PS: Boo Eddy was a great player but I remember whenever TW played United in the late 90's I recall Eddy playing Full Back on McArdle ...... and McArdle still kicked plenty!

Agree with that list. Only change I would make is swap Norton for Andy Michael. I think Blake only played 2 or 3 years.

Ben Sobey was a very popular winner! Good bloke and thouroughly deserved it. As usual had everyone in the palm of his hands with his speech!

Good player but definately not in top ten! You cant have everyone from United. Already have Scott, Opitz and Wittwer!

The latest:

As you may be aware, the Ramco Football Club has recently made a formal application to move from the Mid Murray Football Association to the Riverland Independent Football League. The Robertstown Football Club has also made formal application to move to the Adelaide Plains Football League.

In accordance with the SANFL Constitution and the Affiliated Leagues Charter both of these applications have been forwarded to the Affiliated Leagues Investigation Committee for determination. The Investigation Committee has 60 days to make its decision.

The Investigation Committee will seek submissions from all leagues, clubs and groups involved with the Mid Murray Football Association and surrounding districts.

Whilst the Investigation is underway the SANFL and all / any of the parties involved in the Investigation will not be providing any statement or information to the public or media.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation – we will advise you all formally of any decisions made at the appropriate time.
