Not that I am aware of but he may of. Only news from Goolwa is that we are on the lookout for a new president (a few candidates in the pipeline), my job was advertised in The Times today so I'm under the pump and in regards to players no clear direction as yet, but we may see the emergence of a couple of aging stars from 5 years ago who are keen do a pre season and think they can contribute. One could provide some answers to our forward problems.

Lundstrom & ??, Doyle to return??
LF any chance you would take the reins of the saints? It would be good 4 you guys to have someone there for the club and not themselves. I think you'd be good at it.

Shoe Boy - Can you confirm if the Shoes are trying to get into the GSFL? I have heard the cricket are trying real hard.

Jimmy Recard - Are you honestly telling us that there is no arrogance at the Willunga Footy Club? Turn it up! You can smell it down at Victor when there is a slight northerly.

obviously don't spend a lot of time down at the club NWNW, just a typical mislead outsider's view on WFC!! not arrogance it just shows what an incredible amount hard work does for a club and a culture that isnt willing to accept anything else but success!!

so if through hard work and not accepting 2nd best is arrogant, then **** it!! were arrogant!!!

Trust me my friend I'm not throwing stones and I ain't no 'typical outsider'. I have gone to school, played against, worked with and socialised with many people from the D's. Longer than you have probably been alive.

NN I can confirm with you that the Football club is not considering any move from the SFL but as for the cricket club, yes they did consider a move to the GSCA as they and other clubs have become very dissolutioned with the direction of the SCA. Just for your info they are currently the SCA club of the year and if there was a move I am sure they would make a big impact.

I for one am definately not jealous of Willunga. Good on them for hanging onto their juniors and developing them into an awesome breed. They must make them stand in cow dung from the age of 5. Must be one of the only teams around to be able to boast only 2 blokes under 6 foot.
