Breakfast - What you eat

Postby silicone skyline » Thu Sep 25, 2008 4:30 pm

I'm trying to get into the breakfast eating thing i did as a kid.

Tried Weetbix Crunch cocoa flavour this morning, went down ok.

I went looking for Corn Pops, but couldn't find them.

I can't find pop tarts either. Are either of these still out there?

Anything anyone else eats that goes alright for breakfast?

Lol, I'm following you around SS :D

In winter is usually go six vita-brits with honey and warm milk.

Summer it's three vita-brits, muesli, sliced banana and cold milk.

You make that yourself in the morning, or you sleep in and have a breakfast slave do it for you?

Golden crumpets [2] with Harmonie organic butter, or if no crumpets toast [2] and butter with a slice of extra tasty cheese on one.
If my wife planned ahead in cold weather sometimes porridge with real maple syrup.
I tend to drink tea in the morning and coffee later in the day.

Me. I usually have four pieces of fruit loaf toasted with just margarine on top. Gotta be Flora or Meadow Lea marg though cause it melts better.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

Yeah, we sometimes have a rye fruit loaf from the local bakery, and have that as a alternative form of toast too.
