Got one of these a couple of weeks ago free on a new contract. Besides the guy bullshitting me & telling me it was a tough tradies phone now missed calls or messages dont show on the screen when I'm away from the thing.
Is this a fault with the phone or have I stuffed something up rooting around with things of which I have no idea?
Luckily I have insurance & a bucket of water handy if the units had the dick.

If it is faulty take it back to them and demand they fix it. If it is not they can show you how it works.
Insurance fraud is a criminal offence and could get you into big trouble if they can prove it technically or find a witness.

Bullshitting to customers over suitability of phones is fraud, tradies phone, pfft, size of a credit card. If the thing falls out my pocket whilst installing pool coping sobeit.
Anyhow, jail will just have to wait, reset the factory settings & all is back to norm.
