On the 5th play the ball they grubber the ball through the legs of the Broncos defence who try and let the ball go over the dead ball line.
Geyer from the Storm however runs from behind and taps it back towards the side line where Quinn from the storm taps it back in for the Storm to try. Up to the video ref again

After 20 million views of the replay they call Greg Inglis offside when the ball was kicked through the legs of the defence.
Must have been 2cm's in it..................and it would have been try of the year.

Well 2 minutes down the track another head high tackle by the Storm.......They have lost the plot the minor premiers.
Touch judges come in and between their call and the ref's Lima for the Storm has been sin binned for 10 minutes.

They get down to the last play the ball, it end's up with Slater he dodges one he dodges 2 and 10M out he slips and drops the ball

Brisbane play the ball 10 metres out. they only have to run the last 45 seconds down,
They come up to the line and the Broncos player gets hit and he's lost the ball. Melbourne retrieve it 20m out.

We're down to 25 seconds.......the Storm play the ball quickly but get tackled... another quick play the ball through 4 sets of hands to the most quiet guy on the ground Greg Inglis crosses for the winning try in the corner. UNBELIEVABLE............Smith misses the conversion but who cares

What a match. The Storm were out played out bussled and out run for all but 1 minute of the game.
At one stage throughout the night the Storm played one man down when Lima was sin binned for a high tackle.
But to the Storm"s credit they score a try with one man down.
However there was a melee earlier in the 2nd half which will come under the tribunal's eye.
The infamous chicken wing tackle and head high tackles could see one or two Storm players sweating this week.
Especially the captain Cameron Smith who only has to be cited for a grapple tackle and he's gone with points hanging over him. Lets wait and see.

Commiserations to the Broncos who played a fantastic game which also brings the careers of player Tonie Carroll and coach of 21 years Wayne Bennett to a end. Melbourne got out of jail, they were ordinary.

Next week the Manly Sea Eagles (2) play the New Zealand Warriors (8) on Saturday night and the Cronulla Sharks (3) take on the Melbourne Storm (1) on Friday night.

Up there with the best Rugby League games I've seen.
1989 Grand Final Canberra d Balmain and a H&A game between St.George & Balmain in 1985
were magnificent but this one might top them all.
I couldn't believe the tension that came through my tv as I watched the replay this morning.
