the mighty chics!...i dont hate kilburn i know that..much respect for what they were like in the day..had some wild games against them when i played for scotch os

Not as of yet BB.
But I doubt we will get Scott Peterson, he wants more money then i believe were willing to pay him.

id love to get him but he is too good to be playing div 4 footy!
would the centreman be bein recruited to replace shane brown who would have played the position all year had he not been out with injuries?

Good side.
Well done to all those selected
Notice that they went with Mount on HBF. All aus teams/team of the year often throw on ballers into interchangable possies such as this when they cant get them into the midfield group.

Any major ommisions?
Only ones from GG would be Ravlich and Seaton but when you get 7 in the side you cant complain.

well me and BB did the hard work here and "he" just copied it :P

few things...
plympton only getting 1 in the team when they were 10 minutes from playing a GF..wtf

greenies getting 4 in but 2 on the bench(and not the best 2 either) and tatkovic is a strange choice..especially in a back pocket and no bamford

for GG seaton should have got a hbf like mount did..you only had 6 players(1 was the coach :))

smithies with 3 have done well..bond and brown very lucky

bos were about right..

rosies had 2 and didnt inlcude carson the defender and top vote getter..and itzkovic would be slaughtered on a hbf..hes the size of an ant

elizabeth with 2 did well ..king unlucky as he is a defender and top vote getter for elizabeth

farmers with mount..no-one else, ditto for kenilworth with salisbury ( murphy would be in if he played a full year)

cufc miss out only clark or cortvriend could be considered

the coach is correct..

i give it a 7/10 :)

I actually think that the selector got out and watched some games, Lucas Brown was brilliant at times and was never mentioned on here and wasn't named in our best very often.

Of course there are going to be some differences in judgements, one would think that Greenies and Plympton would've had stronger representation, it's all opinions though and I think he done a fair job. I think Newman and Handley had great years for us and are predominantly defenders, but once again, it's all opinions, I'm with zed, at least a 7.
