I know a lot has been said about him, and it's a long time after the game now, but how was Reilly on Saturday night?

He had 20 possesions playing on the ball and spent the usual amount of time rotating off the bench. Someone did mention (a Sturt fan I think) that he was dragged for not showing much interest at one stage but I guess you could kind of understand his mindset with his situation. With his decision not to play for Sturt in the finals and the fact that Adelaide were knocked out of the AFL finals, did he really need to play at the end of the day. I would suspect not, because you would suggest he would have been pretty sure before Saturday night's game that he was not going to want to play with Sturt in the SANFL finals...

Dragged for basically not trying? Radar. :(

But as you said, I really struggle to see why he should have played. The game started after the Crows had already been knocked out of the finals, therefore he didn't need to gain any match fitness. I guess the problem would have been trying to find someone to cover Reilly's exclusion from the team; the only option would have been to have a player on standby. But they probably would have thought even if the Crows did lose he would have been a bit more interested in the contest...

Best thing about that photo is also the best part of the game on Saturday night. Every player has their eye on the ball.

I thought it was one of The Gowans but for whatever reason it just doesn't look like a side on version of either of these guys ?

Not only will it jump out at you it'll also gouge your eyes and whack you in the nads while you're down.

Two Gowans equals one Macca? About correct weight I'd say.

Are you suggesting that Macca was twice the thug that the Gowans are (allegedly).
