Yeah no kidding, does that bloke talk himself up or what. A week or so ago he was telling everyone how tough he is and that he is not afraid of big guys, blah, blah, blah and no he is a "good honest footballer".

Mate if you were a good honest footballer your reputation would say as much....Best leave it to other people to make that call.

As for this weekends match of S/north and Gepps here is what I say.....

Is that because he's not a Port Adelaide figure, maybe the tactical nouse your implying showed up in Ricky's favour during his interview not infavour of the Port people who ( one of them ) you were obviously hoping got the job, Port Districts maybe looking outside the square for a change.
I heard Ricky was an Assistant Coach to Hodges at Henley a few years ago.

Rick doesnt have the experience of a Delaney or a Tredrea, thats all im implying. I hope he goes well too. Ive seen him first hand at coaching and training, and all im saying is he is not very tactical.
But he speaks well and should get the best out of the playing group.

not sure, Foster was an applicant, played alot more footy than rick. Not sure on the others, think an assistant from South was interviewed. But maybe not having a Port figure will be good to the club. Not sure how he'll go in attracting recruits tho.
