Sorry, I thought I read TG saying Trinity B Grade coach was told no players from CLG B Grade last week can play A Grade this week?. My mistake...........or is it?
Yes thats what she wrote? Im a bit confused? Im pretty sure she might know what the B Grade coach has been told cause she is married to him!
The B Grade coach was told this by the SAAFL.
I know what she said and what you said, my original question was, why are you enquiring and ringing the SAAFL last week - your team wasn't even playing. Can you imagine how many phone calls they would've had last Monday - and then there are people like yourself (without a team in) ringing up to ask questions that the clubs involved should be asking - not nosy parkers.
Anyway unless you get anything in writing in answer to your SAAFL questions, good luck proving what they did/didn't say.
your team wasn't even playing. Trinity B Grade played CLG??????
You dont hold back on what you think do you, Maybe its too much water and healthy sandwiches and not enough sugar why you are so grumpy NOSY PARKER ok i am Trinity's B Grade coach and we played CLG in that 1st final so i rang the SAAFL on monday to enquire about the rules, my boys had to have played majority of games to qualify for the final but CLG had boys in the final that had only played 1 or 2 B Grade games for the year, so i rang to clarify the rules if thats ok with you!
Also im lead to believe paralowie has it in pretty clear writing their permit they applied for got denied by the SAAFL because the player played in the B Grade final the week prior.
and then there are people like yourself (without a team in) ringing up to ask questions that the clubs involved should be asking - not nosy parkers.
Maybe check your facts before going round calling people nosy parkers !

mypaddock wrote:get over it trinity. any b grader c grader d grader can play A grade as long as they have played the required 4 games for the yr.
full credit must go to WOS for yesterdays performance. Dominated from the outset and Heccies didn't come to play.
Also congrats to HV or gaining promotion. As soon as Heccies dropped that game in rd 18 to hand them the double chance I had a feeling they would go straight thru to the GF.
And just to follow up on the catering discussion from last week at WOS I must say the ladies working on the BBQ have clearly never cooked nor worked a day in their lives. 4 women working on a BBQ taking 5 minutes to make a steak sandwich. Waited ten minutes in line to get a sausage FFS! And there was only 3 ppl in the line!

Mate i have no problems with that i know he played 11 A Grade games and 6 B Grade games for the season, its just what SAAFL told me, that a permit would have to be applied for if any player that went up and i didnt see any permit applied for so that is why i questioned it? Also paralowie played with 21 on saturday because a player was denied to play for that same reason so i ask why is it fair for CLG and not for paralowie? Thats what im trying to find out?
I do have a problem tho that because we didnt have a A Grade in finals ours boys had to have played majority B Grade games to qualify and that one of my boys that had played 10 A Grade and 8 B Grade wasnt allowed to play while you guys could play #29 that had played only (4) A Grade games and (1) B Grade game for the year, and another #23 (3) A Grade and (3) B Grade, another #38 (4) A Grade and (2) B Grade and also #40 (10) A Grade (2) B Grade. How is that fair? I think players should be allowed to go up in finals but just disagree that A Graders that have played majority A Grade games should be allowed to go down. Im aware its in the rules but i just dont agree.
As for Browny playing this week the SAAFL told me that NONE of those A Graders that played last week were allowed to play A Grade this week so thats why im questioning it? Im not trying to winger just disagree with a few things i have come across in the last few weeks.
