They're not tanking, Geelong just completely destroyed the entire Power Football Club in last year's Grand Final.
Don't blame Williams or Port, blame Geelong!

PS If they're not TANKing to a major degree, does it mean they're JEEPing?

Put yourself in chockos' shoes.

Get all you can for the benefit of the club.

Whats an extra draft pick worth..?

Whats a higher draft pick worth....?

How much can you buy a goal for on a Saturday in AFL..?

Priceless

The most valuable real estate is on an AFL Field.

A goal cannot be bought for money $$$

mark williams wrote:"After Richmond we took the long-term view that we would play for our future," he said.

"We could have scraped into the eight, but instead we've tried a lot of new things with our training, we've tried a lot of younger players, we've changed our rotations and our training days, but we have tried to win every game."

Read that how you will.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

As buckley said, its more like list management. Melbourne dhave already done it this season, port have done it. Carlton did for about 6 - 7 years.

See you play the younger players to determine what you should keep and of course send your senior players to the "paddock" for a while. Remember we are not allowed to call it tanking.

"Cue in the rack"?

Although it seems odd to have put the 'cue in the rack' after last year's prelim.
