Can you get them in your club footy colours.
I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down.

Having a chat to a couple of Wakerie A graders after they kicked our ar$e on the weekend, both confirmed Matt Oliver will not be returning to the A grade side this year "unless they have two or three injuries."
With Riccuito still to return, and Venning and Hyde in the form they are in, it would mess with their forward line structure.
Hoad played B grade on the weekend too.

In big news Moorook-Kingston unearthed a rising talent in the game on the weekend.
Needing another goal scoring option in the second half the Warriors threw Pauly Van der Woude into the fray - and the pint sized punter didn't let us down.
Two goals to the good.
Look for a game breaking effort in this week's first semi-final!

Other things to come out of the weekend:

The Warriors are giving Dion Madden a GPS after he scored 1.6
'Barry' White will now be our key rucking option.
After the game ALL of the East Murray blokes were very keen to wish us luck this weekend against Lyrup.
And 'Bob' Francis signed off with a guard of honour in his final game for the Tigers - a legend of Independent football.

Meanwhile, why is it that East Murray never comes out to have a drink with the opposition after the game? They stay in their changerooms forever those boys, what sort of shenanigans are going on in there??????

PS: Killer Wasps, met your dad on the weekend. He came over for a chat after the match. Twas nice to have a chat with him.

I was informed that Hoad was going to be in the twos for the rest of the year from a very strong source last week.

They will be persisting with Miller and throwing young Nicholson in there as required.

What do you think if Roo plays in the finals? He has only played 4 games i think and would put a young bloke out that has played all year.
I would think that he has done all that can be done in footy and would hope that he wouldn't take the opportunity away from a young bloke that normally seems to be Nicholson.

He has been great for the league don't get me wrong.

Big call there Skelly.
His leadership in those four games has probably provided some significant benefits for the team in those games - which adds up to far more than just four games of him playing.
However, you've seen more of them than I have obviously.

Big decision to play a club legend like Hoad in the twos. Surely he's still good enough to play As...
Could he be a target for other clubs next season?

You would reckon if he is to play finals he would play this week at home against Bar-Mon? what happens if his Crows media committments clash in finals??

he has a great influence on the team.

I was meaning that he will take a young blokes spot who has played all year while he has played only 4 or 5 games.

If he had played half the games or more i would have a different opinion, he has achieved all that can be in footy and playing would take an opportunity away from someone who may not get another chance to play finals.

Just my opinion.

I spoke to Darren Dean during the week and he said Oliver "would come under consideration once he gets a bit of touch".
I think 10 goals in the B grade, albeit against struggling Berri, is touch enough!

You'd think they'd want him to play one more before finals.
Whether he can commit to it or not is another story.

Damien Stevens and Luke Horner seemed convinced Roo would play finals.
Apparently one he will miss with work commitments.
Nicolson didn't play on the weekend, injured?
Boatswain was also out, resting.
