Here's something to ponder...

Can Renmark win As, Bs and 18s premierships this year.
They were the last team to do it in 1995.
As are obviously a big chance.
B grade is right in the mix, and despite Saturday's loss, 18s are the team to beat.

Would be nice if they could take the 15s and 13s too, but Barmera-Monash looks way too strong in both grades.

Yeah good call.
Realised that a couple of minutes ago myself!

Still, they are a big chance of doing it.
And for that matter, so are Waikerie.

Can't believe Caleb Brown got best for Cobby on the weekend.
Horsell was by far the best player on the ground.
Brown should have been further down the list if in there at all IMHO.

I'd be pretty surprised if the loxton b grade don't win the premiership this year. they've got some pretty handy players in the line up. ps good to get a win on saturday, 3 months is a long time between wins!

So on that note CN....what are the odds of all three grand finals being Waik v Ren?
Notwithstanding CF's protestations on behalf of Loxton's B grade, which is looking pretty phenomenal at the moment.

CF - well done on the win mate. Pretty much seals the wooden spoon for Berri. It must be a relief for Loxton not to be heading there eh?

Funny that CN. Check out the best players against us too...
We thought the same ;)
Todd Rivers won the rucks (but probably not the verbal sparring lol) most of the day, just had no one to tap too!
Rod's a canny bloke and very good at developing confidence in young players - it could be all part of the long term plan for success.

yeah, wooden spoon wouldn't have been great. but we probably would have deserved it before saturday. first time we've put 4 quarters together all year. hopefully we can finish off the season on a positive note now. pretty bad injury for matthew barry, broken leg i think.

Yeah - broken leg. No good at all.
North have had some very good players break legs in previous years - Matt Barry joins the list.
Corey Ward and Matt Cockshell are two others that come to mind.

He'd be right up there in the club championship count come season's end. Rate Matt Barry's season a lot.
Anyone see what happened?

he collided with a teammate just after a centre bounce. was running in pretty quickly off the square and may have been pushed at the end. think it had just started raining so would have been pretty slippery as well. didn't sound too good at all from 20 metres away.

Waikerie played Matt Oliver in the Bs on Saturday bet he qualifies for finals then play both him and roo in the finals

Catfish played well in defence for Loxton.
M Barry was one of North's best before collision.

Spoke to a few of the Waikerie boys the other day and they said they would be pretty pissed if Oliver was to be put into the A grade for finals.

Will be interesting to see what happens. Have they got room for them all with Roo in there as well?
Hyde, Venning, Roo, Nicholson, Collins, Oliver all pretty big guys.
