No shite, I really hope the Aussies swim team goes well, but the fixation that the media have on them & the sport is ridiculous.

Two questions:

1) Way back in her family history is Gemma Spofforth related to cricket great Fred Spofforth?

2) Emily Seebohm - is it pronounced Seebohm as Channel 7 commentators are pronouncing it, or is it Seeboehm as I thought South Australians pronounced it when her father was playing for Glenelg?

Its Seeboehm, but you know what those easten staters are like...they pronounce Ellen as Allen
