Quichey was an award given in the magoos to a certain rotund sprout that pulled on the boots a couple of weeks ago?

Lucky he wasn't wearing corduroy shorts, would've heard the WHIFF, WHIFF, WHIFF every time he walked (wouldn't have been able to run) to the ball from the front bar of the Modbury pub!

Would have been a hell of a chafing problem for your trainer to sort out!

You'd be correct. Nevermind the chafing though, the trainers used up all the oil getting those legs warm.

The United Arab Emerites would be rubbing their hands together thinking of all the new oil sales!

Every club has it's faults, accept it.

I'm sure considering that there is an SAAFL executive committee member representing Brahma Lodge that anyone found not doing the right thing by the game or the club would be dealt with accordingly.
Not everyone who hurts another player is a thug. Some just get white line fever.

Any danger we can we re-direct play back to this weeks games?

You're kidding yourself FC... Not having a go at you, but IMO he'll protect his club and it's players rather than taking action as a SAAFL official every time if he can get away with it. I think maybe you give people a bit more credit than they deserve.

Coach of the year would be the premier coach or who has done the best with what they have during the minor round. Its a hard call as some premiership sides are a cert really due to there list so its not hard to get them over the line. stuffed if I know.

Okay, here goes my team of the year...

Forwards
James Hann - Hope Valley
Daniel Puntureri - Glenunga
Gareth Allen - Westminster

Half Forwards
Luke Starr - Houghton
James Bentley - Hectorville
Arren Harvey - Colonel Light Gardens

Centres
Michael Corbett - Lockleys
Sid Visser - Colonel Light Gardens
Lee Duggan - Hope Valley

Half Backs
Daniel Voyzey - Lockleys
Josh Hooper - Westminster
Scott Matthews - Trinity

Backs
Chris Taylor - Houghton Districts
Daniel Apostolopolous - Glenunga
Luke Francis - West Croydon

Rucks
Clint Dow - Houghton
Luke Warburton - Westminster
Julian Leak - Hectorville

Interchange
Craig Hall - Lockleys
Justin Bentley - Colonel Light Gardens
Justin Ocenasek - Hectorville
Brendon Moon - Hope Valley

Forward line seems pretty top heavy, some big fellas in there, but with Starr and Harvey on the flanks they provide great speed and agility. Could easily throw Moon in there for one of the big fellas or put him on the ball and rest Warburton in a pocket. Backline seems a bit lightweight, especially compared to the forwards, but are all sound defenders. Clint easily the best ruckman in the Div, hasn't been beaten this year really, Craig Hall giving him the best contest both at the taps and around the ground. The two small blokes at his feet are gun players, both very fit, tear games apart. Visser the best centre going around and the two wingmen, although deadset receivers, find space very well and have damaging foot skills.

Could have easily had Michael Apostolopolous (Glenunga), Matt Loffler (West Croydon), Mick Gower (Hope Valley), Damian Millar (BL) and several of the Westminster small man brigade (Malcolm, Ryan, Williams etc) on the bench for a spot around the midfield.

Coach of the year thus far would be Westminster's.

It's easy to look good when you play loose all day  but, yes, he could easily slot in on a back flank or pocket.
