get your hand off it Jelom we have not once this year played a negative style of footy. thats why we have scored more points for than Myponga, McLaren and Yank and we are about on par with Compass. we kicked our highest score for 3 years this season, we had a 6 goal term against strath and a 7 goal quarter against Compass. flooding will not teach the likes of Fergusson, Cuthbert, Robinson. Stewart, Kuss etc etc how to play good footy thats we dont do it.

Your a pongy boy? Why did you play Sterzl and laffin behind the play in the last quarter 3 weels back? thats negative

LF im not goin to get in a slingin match with you cos fighting for that spoon made of wood but i cant imagine that mclaren played a flooding game but thats comes from idiots like you be accountable for your oppenent you lazy bastard dont you understand half back is a running position its lazy half forwards like yourself that expect everthing go your wayLAZY
As for playin for willunga i think goin to feild a "c"grade for if you want to gothere Sterzl and laffin know where to play if thats behind the good on them.Keep your hand on it

I can't quite understand what you are saying beacuse your grammar is not up to scratch, however you are calling me lazy because I followed my opponent up the ground? That doesn't make sense! As for Laffin and Sterzl, it was great they played a kick behind, because at the end of the day Sterzl was too lazy to go with his opponent and Laffin provided the step ladder. Result: mark and goal to the Saints and a 1 point win.

PS. I would be honoured to play in Willunga's C Grade. I think wouldn't be alone on that one.

He is new to the forum only 20 post's in and claims to be from Myponga, in all 20 post's he has terible spelling, grammer and a lack of knowledge but likes to throw his opinion across to those who are able to read and understand it. He stated he did not want a slinging match between himself and LF yet continued to dribble on about issues that would involve himself in a slinging watch with anyone on any forum. The less we hear from him the better as I am sure Myponga people are smarter than this guy comes across and he is bringing their reputation down with every post he has!

Jelom id like to think noone but then im not gonna come on here and say that sides are better than us. I know Strath are the side that are threatening us and the Bays have had 2 impressive results in the past 2 weeks and have heard they are confident this week. Their form suggests they should be!

Teflon is still at the bar coaching his beloved Bays, LF is selling houses like hotcakes and Pilmore is doing the season finale of his hit TV show with Ashton Kutcher and Wilner Valderrama!

Creeks have just had two hard games in a row Jelom, they beat strath first time around by 5 goal then lost last week by 4 goals to them. Both times have lost to Willunga but who has not and who wont? This time around they reduced the margin by 10 goals but! They now have a couple of weeks that should prove a bit easier for them and should be able to gain a few players back and some form for September. They would be still feeling it after the shock loss to Yank so this week they will want to turn that around, then they have Saints and finish with Myponga both home games and if you look at the stats I believe they have only dropped 4 home games in almost 3 seasons so I think they will get the second chance come September and who knows what they will produce from their.
Mt Compass seem to have dropped off the pace a bit but they are a good side and will rebound back and have what should be a couple easy weeks coming up but on current form they will have to fight like mad to get the points and secure a finals spot, they have Saints this week who last time they meet they kept the Saints goal less in the first term while they piled on 7 then Saints out scored them by around 13 goals over the final 3 terms and were able to hold on and win by 8 points. They dealt with Mclarens easy first time around and will hope to do the same again, then the final round could see them in a play off for a finals spot with Victor so who knows, defiantly the side that has lost allot of form and would be very disappointed with what has been happening and will look to turn it around this week.

We had cleared the air Jelom, but then you just couldn't help yourself by implying that Goolwa run out of money a few years back (Which of course we didn't. We have always honoured legally binding contracts). We should be talking about next year beacuse Strath are not in the same ball park as Willunga. Willunga will not pull a "langhorne creek"

And one other thing Jelom you didn't and can't upset me. I can handle that department by putting in sub-standard performances each and every Saturday, but thanks for your concern. Can't wait for Bassani's new show but I have heard that Kutcher and Bas have had a few runs ins over who gets the biggest dressing room and best hair stylist!

Sorry LF put my foot in that one, so do you reckon the season for all 9 clubs is shot or is there another twist come finals strath seem to be plodding along not getting much interest i remember everyone thinking that the creek were a shoe in come both A andB grade last year, im going to put my head on the line and declare an upset maybe the creek can use the shirts they had made up last year just put 08 on them or strath can use the ones they had made up in 03 im sure they could make an 8 out of that.See what happens.where is teff and cuzzy too pissed to get on the computer?BJ what do you think?

Willunga are too seasoned to let it slip and the Creeks will struggle to turn a 7 in to an 8. Compass are the interesting team. I am sure it will be the one and only time that VH supporters will be going for the Saints come this weekend.

From the spelling and grammar you would almost imagine it to be deliberate. Maybe FM's back with another alias.
Does anyone know if Saunders has been re-signed at Victor?
You would also think that on form the Bays would be odds on to make the finals now and should they do so possibly make at least a prelim. - that is taking into account the current form of Compass and Creeks. Would this guarantee the reappointment of Bass?

Shoe Boy i have spoken with Baz many times and would be disappointed if hes planning on moving on and isnt, but according to him (and theres no better source than that) hes not going anywhere.

The game Saturday was a solidly fought contest. Creeks jumped out the blocks earlier and we were a little flat. As the game progressed, especially the 2nd and 4th quarters we got on top with our talls up forward and our run and carry through the midfield. Langhornes were definitely competitive, and with Footner and possibly James to come back they will improve a lot with those 2 players back!

Congrats to David Hams for kicking his 100th goal Saturday. An amazing effort with 3 games to spare this season!!!! =D>

BJ, did L Warren and young Tonkin play for Creek on Saturday? I saw Warren destroy Victor a couple of weeks back and I have not heard about him since.

Toughcall they did not play, along with James and Footner. L Warren may not get back from all reports Saturday and didnt know Tonkin was about the place, I thought he was still down at the Panthers!

Thanks Jelom, I knew deep down there was some love. We only have pride to play for but with Compass, Creeks and Bays remaining in would be nice to take a couple of scalps. I think we are capable at our best and its important beacuse it will be hard for us to recruit a CHF for next year if we cant show improvement at the least.

I see G.Bailey from Compass was listed BOG once again, i know what the coaching staff see can be completely different to that of the umpires but he could be a smokey for the medal. Finished 4th last year i believe and having a better season in 08...

Handy outside bet with decent returning odds, anyone want to take my money?

Ant, bailey a smoky? i would have thought maxfield would get more votes i think could be interesting come end of the year i did some research and i reckon eagleton could poll a few and watch out for the umpire friendly baxter(he's on their payroll more votes umps more bucks)i wonder what BJ has to say about it?Also hamsey might get a few votes E.Scnieder from mclaren was listed as a smoky by King Kenas the other day pheraps trifecta 3way tie hams scnieder(LF how do i spell that name)and bailey intersting few weeks. As for games coming up i reckon there is a few upsets on the cards could really shape the 5 :D
