But yes i would like to hear some write-ups that arnt done by a journo i wanna here them from a Footy Fanatic.

Thanks

Theres a bit of info on the RMFL site at the moment.

Looking at the scores in the Sunday Mail this morning noticed in the B Grade, Mannum thrashed Imps, would be a while now since Imps have only scored 2 goals in the Reserves!! Mannum seem to have a lot of depth though. Will be interesting to see who wins the Elim final in the A grade between those 2 clubs. Would be 50/50 at the moment I reckon.

Yes mannum did flog us, but we had ALOT of outs and no really in's exept for Jason Roberts, when we get back to our Full strengh team we will be able to beat them just like we did earlier in the yr, then the grog hit us a bit, but we will be back. we lost prob our 2 best B graders on the weekend to A grade, Damien Garrett and Brady Charles but i heard they didnt play the greatest games so they shud be back next week,

I think this week will give us a real feel for where every1 is sitting.
Imps to get a few back this week maybe. Ramblers cruising along, Mannum need to shake the Panthers, Panthers need to belt Mannum, Mypo need to string a few together, & Tailem need to win to keep their finals hopes alive. So all in all a massive week for all sides. Every1 has something to play for except Imps, who have 3rd all sown up but cant make 1st.

Therefore:

Imps v Ramblers- Ramblers by 31-40 Ramblers want top spot
Panthers v Roos- Panthers by 11-20 Panthers want top spot
Mypo v Tailem- Mypo by 21-30 Last time they met Tailem won in an upset, Mypo will want to correct that.

Imperials vs. Ramblers at Imperials ..::::.. Imperials lost to Mannum last week and Ramblers beat the Premiers of the last 4 years, it would be a prity easy tip, Ramblers if im looking for the points, but im sticking with Imperials Tony Fielke will be getting stuck into his boys this week and they should come out firing, Ramblers will still be playing that good footy, Imperials need a key defender to stand up not like last time, Imperials by 1-10.

Jervois vs. Mannum at Jervois ..::::.. Mannum beat the old Blues last week but they did only have half a team, it would of done there confidence the world of joy but they wont have enough to get over the Bluds (Panthers) not with the form Rigney and his crew are in, Rigney to get the 3 figures for the season and it will be party time out at Jervois. Jervois by 45-54.

Mypolongavs. Taliem Bend at Mypolonga ..::::.. Mypolonga to get the chocolates in an easy game, Mypo will be a force to be reconded with in the Finals, and Taliem will be out drinkin watching other teams play finals , they had a better year but still alot of improvement to go. Mypolonga 70-80

Mypolonga v Tailem Bend - Mypo will want revenge on Tailem from a few weeks back, whilst Tailem will be want to win to keep their very slim finals hopes alive. The Tigers by 41 - 50.

Imperials v Ramblers - Ramblers will be looking for a psychological advantage over the old enemy leading into the finals. Even if Imps get a few players back i think the Chooks will be too good, 31 - 40.

Mannum v Jervois - Mannum hitting some form and would love to beat one of the "big 3" leading into the finals, but Jervois with a few too many guns in the midfield and up forward will be wanting to get their A game fine tuned for September. Jervois 41 - 50.

Hey there guys,
Results:
Ramblers over Imperials by aroiund 10 goals
Mannum over Jervois by around 5 goals
Mypo over Taliem by alot (I heard)

Now starting at the Mannum/Jervois game, did jervois play shit or did mannum play good.. there hitting some good form at a good time.
Ramblers dominant all day, wet first half then dried up, if the scoreboard was erased at half time it would of been a close game i hear.
I havent heard anything about Mypo and Taliem but it looks like Taliem should get ready for "09" they have a list that can make top 4.

looks like i was around the mark on the weekend with my tips 8) 8)

surely the bluds would not be happy to drop another game and imps would be in panic mode after another loss.

who would have thought that last years grand finalists would lose 2 and 3 games on the trot, 2 weeks out from finals??

ramblers are the obvious team in form and with mypo and mannum also looking to have hit their straps, it looks to be a fantastic finals series, with anyone capable of taking out the cup

bring it on!
