I'll give you another slant on cameras in changerooms.
Our club put 2 security cameras inside the home changerooms in an effort to pinpoint who was doing internal damage to walls with mud, fists, cricket bats etc. something that costs the club $100's each season. It appears that after being 'dobbed in' by a parent, we may, at the insistance of the police, have to remove them. I wonder what that dobbing parent would do if;
his child had his clothes pinched by someone or he was assaulted by someone? Having the cameras could pinpoint the culprit but because we are living in a world of politically correct do-gooders, the chance of finding that person might be lost.
Looks like clubs that try to overcome issues with modern ideas, get every available hurdle thrown in front of them!
Any comments?
