How many games did the bloke from lyrup get?
By the sounds his was a worse case would be interesting to see what he get compared to tilley
bloke he hit didnt move and was still standing and played the whole game out.

Don't think anyone from Lyrup got reported on the weekend.

That was Brad Francis from East Murray. Got 4 games in the East Murray V Lyrup game.

It was from this incident that Focus Stuey declared that he could not wait for the next EM / Lyrup game and as a result he has not been heard of since.

I believe so.
But I also think he retaliated.
Either way no excuse for it.
The tribunal system is flawed because they have different people presiding over different cases.
As much as it would be great if they could adopt the AFL system, it just won't work without video evidence etc.

Brad Francis is a renowned tagger in the Independent competition so if he is retaliating he is not doing his job as a tagger.

Something must have happened to rile Brad, because he's a very quiet fellow and isn't renowned for hitting people.

This is true.

Something needs to be done about the tribunal system though.
There are so many people that get off when they shouldn't and vice-versa.
Young Travis Wilson from Lyrup/Barmera-Monash should have been suspended by now!

Any ideas?

in many cases its about the processes - incorrect paper work, lazy details, blatant errors on the admin side not, and not the fault of the commissioner .

You're probably right there.
A lot of people get off because umpires have not filled out paperwork correctly.
There are too many loopholes.

their not running the country
they are to suspend or clear people who have done the wrong thing
FFS paperwork what a joke
only thing that should make a differance is whether you admit guilt in which you should recieve lighter judgment.
One thing that annoys me
if you do the wrong thing live with it

It's pretty ordinary how many mistakes they make.
Although I've only been once and they got everything in order that night.
