haha they will be playing at the bay next week. Na credit where credit is due, with a massive walk out bassani had to deal with in 07, he has rebuilt the club to finals footy standard. Just dont put him 20 metres out straight in front he will shank it every time, hes better snapping at goal from outside 50. Dont think you can blame bass for attracting attention to the club for the wrong reasons, not sure of any incidents that have really occured.

Very true Cuzzy, one of the very few players you'd back from the boundary or outside 50 but the closer he gets to goal the more random the shots become - thank god the Bays retired him!
Kappars you really are on the outside looking in at everything football aren't you. It will be funny to read your expert take on the Bays future coaching come 09 - you really are a wanker which reflects in your clubs results.

My Club results? What club would that be Bas? If you read my post it was saying that Bas has taken the Bays to heights no one predicted so full credit to you for that. I am not making a statement about the attention you attract just simply using the forum for its purpose, passing on infomation that I have heard and read and asking questions not making a statement. If you object to what is said then that is fine maybe the coast is playing the rumour mill a bit like when Bas claimed to have hit Adam in the crown one night.

Lovely attempt to out someone on the forum there but unfortunately your a little off the beaten track; I am not the great man. Bas, Adam - hit? Crown? Along with Thomas I might have the league asking me questions. I am carrying plenty of weight around the waistline that has not been approved. Does this give me a distinct advantage? As for AK, he actually failed in the lead up to survivor. Durng trials at the Sand Bar he avoided eating contestants by eating a schooner glass. He was automatically eliminated

I'm glad you ask BJ the Creeks v Strath was once again a hard fought affair, Creeks were and are depleted but played with all the passion they could muster.As for the Rooster's lookout Willunga! they are expertly coach with a brilliant running game that will cut deep into Willunga's game plans.I do expect the Creeks will bounce back this week with a few big ins.
As for the "extra padding" wise cracks NOT appreciated i am trying to post a serious concern which will affect everyone who plays Willunga,and a few people wish to take the piss,maybe a apology is coming my way.

yeah sorry leon we shouldn't have fun, in fact we should all be working! Thomas had the long sleeve in action on Saturday. It was fresh, but he was possibly hiding some strapping or padding, but i dont think its any secret he has had shoulder problems speaking of injuries how many if any will Haskett and Wadewitz miss?

I don't know if anyone took much notice of the Junior Colts results on the weekend but there was a big game between Victor and McLaren with top spot up for grabs. As it turned out McLaren toppled the previously top placed Roos 10-0-60 to zip! Obviously the mercy rule was enforced so it was most likely an even bigger margin than that.

Huge margin for a match between 2nd and 1st. Have the McLaren lads been swabbed???

I am fairly certain that VH had some key players (you only need your best 3 out in juniors and it makes a big difference) out so it probably wasn't a true indication of the way the comp is. The JColts is actually very close. Last week Willunga rolled McLarens then this weekend the 6th place Saints beat Willunga. The top 7 are all capable on their day. Having said that, Mclarens would be favourites to take it out

How many wins are going to be needed to make the 5 in the senior colts. Will 12 and a good percentage do or 13 wins. It is unreal the eveness of it, as no one is falling off with four games to play.
Also Mickey the threatening of violence is a bit low on this forum, don't you think?

It looks like 12 may tie you for 4th spot so with a good percentage you might scrape in. Great to see the comp so tight but you have to feel for who ever misses out if its only by percentage, with the mercy rule in it could hurt one or two clubs. Could you pick the 5 that will make it???

how many games does a player have to play to qualify for finals, if i looked correctly souths juniors will not make finals so you would expect to get some very good senior colts back around finals time. I know the bays have 3 or 4 that would return for finals.

The facts are that 2 of the 7 teams in the hunt will obviously miss the finals and whilst the 10 goal maximum win rule may or may not affect the final ladder positions on %, All teams knew at the start of the season of the rule and with 4 games remaining, it's entirely in the teams hands whether they make the finals or not. Simply win each week and you're safe or if you lose then take ya chances with %.
Let the Finals begin 4 weeks early for the Senior Colts.

was just thinking that myself, maybe he is to old, so yep dont count on him to return. Could return for the seniors though.
