Who's the FF that's booting like 9 a game for TV? Surely he'd be a damn good chance?
Fleet, Brown and him...or is that too crowded?

Thats Richardson the TV Full Forward
He does well for TV
Big Body
Leads quite well
But I dont think he's at association standard
Obviously gets a lot of opportunities in a good side, but I suspect he may struggle at the next level

Very honest pplions, i have stood him and he lacks leg speed, hence i would agree he would get found out at association level as his strength would not have such an impact.

I've followed RMFL footy very closely for last 20 years, i'm 99.9999% sure Troy Broadridge never played for Jervois. As far as i know he played his junior footy for Port magpies followed by senior footy there before being drafted to Melbourne to play with the Demons.

Robbie Brodhurst joined Jervois in the mid to late 90's. He played mainly as a full forward (although may have played some of the time in the midfield) and kicked some big bags of goals. I think he was recruited from country Victoria. He joined North Adelaide in about 2000, played some good games there, although was inconsistent. Not sure if he played more than one season. Was quite a talented player although i think he had problems with leg injuries.

I'd say thats who you're referring to.

It will be interesting to see how many players from the country side make the association side.

You would think Chad Dawe would play, but I heard there are a few of the better country players not keen to play

Usually what happens is the squad is cut down and the team will train tuesday thursday this week.

Haven't heard any rumours of who has made the side this year or anything?? Does anyone know anything about the side? We will probably know by friday.

I haven't heard anything as yet.
After the Lofty/Uri's clash, there'll be a bunch from there. Most that were expected to do well, did.
As for T Broadbridge, GWW was pretty much right.
Played some juniors for Lofty, then Port then i think Dragons or someone else as a 17 yr old, then AFL.

Spot on. I saw the hound. Any idea what his connections were? Uraidla/Norwood?
Robby - I agree, but not sure if leaving Thomas out would be a wise choice. he can tear teams apart, well held on the weekend though, did FA.

Heard a rumour today that Page and his selectors have left out LochlanFleet from the association side after being at every training. Has he lost his mind? If this is true no wonder Blackwood are bottom.

Joel Brown wasn't interested in playing

That would have to be a rumour, surely. Second most goals so far. And apparently without Brown (is that the one leading the goals?)...ridiculous.
If it is true, i'm with you Sprinter - no bloody wonder Blackwood sit near the foot.

A good comparison Lions of what you're saying is to look at how he did for Gumeracha about 7 years ago. Still did well but didn't have the ball fed to him like he does now. Don't get me wrong, a good player but I believe his lack of fitness may also be exposed at association level.

Interleague team has been chosen and Fleet was not included. Adam Trzesinski from Mt Lofty is captain, and along with him are fellow mt lofty players Ben Gordon, Ross Wait, John Temme, Scott Huff, Kaizaad Mehta, Heath Cutting and Matt Stapleton. Rohan Reid and Chad Dawe from Meadows, Mark Stansborough and Tim Harkness from Hahndorf, i've forgotten the rest but i know there are a number of uraidla players and im pretty sure Barret from Mt Barker is in

hmm thats terrible that fleet did not make the side. How can a guy who is second in the goal kicking not make it. What else would the guy have to do???

Trigger as captain. Good choice as I have seem him play and he has great leadership qualities.

I guess you could pick a handful of players to be captain.

Def. a few from lofty there, but that is no suprise.
