Nope not this time as G Smith (no not the captain of cricket) chips into the in-goal to the grounding Januarie (sick and tired you've beenhanging on me)- mean while the wallabies coach Deans scratches his head.
SA look threatening here with (vita) Brits joining the line in the five-metre channel down the left before looking inside to Habana (coco kabana)...but the rolling pass is called forward from the (kings cross) hooker!

However, the Stormers and WP man has his resulting throw pinched at the front before Giteau sends a fine kick downfield for Aus ball.
The Wallabies are clinical with ball-in-hand along the line for the big winger in Lote (daquiri) Turqiri to cross! Perth erupts!
Giteau misses the conversion from way out west

James(the names bond) restarts to Hynes with Habana (coco kabana) chasing hard.
But the Wallaby man dummies down the short-side before being clipped into touch by Botha.
Turnover ball for Aus though with SA seemingly starved of possession in the last five minutes!
Not now though...penalty awarded ten inside their own half...Butch (cassidy)looks for a final position.

Holding on from the Boks 20-out foils the attack but not for long as Ashley-Cooper's ( no im not the skiers brother)returning kick flies straight out!
But that's the end of the 1st half action as the (owl) hooter sounds with this low-scoring affair well-and-truly up for grabs!
Not the best spectacle put on BUt tense all the same!

Right after having a steak sanga that would rival anything that the west adelaide canteen serves up................

We’re underway again at Subiaco Oval as James (the names bond) kicks off to G Smith,(no im not the cricket captain) who collects the dipping ball well!
The Wallabies have possession on the opposition 22 as they look to strike early on! (jimmy) Barnes grubbers through behind the Boks before Habana (coco kabana) carries the ball into touch...

(rocky)Elsom loses the ball with (fannie) De Villiers the man forcing the error before Steyn's clearance.
But Aus are back in possession with G Smith(im not the cricket captain) leading the charge well five out...free-kick for the hosts!

Mortlock calls for the scrum directly under the posts and packs the left (english)channel!
What will they throw at the Boks here?
They go with the majority and it's the skipper who crashes over wide out thanks to good running lines from his backs!
"MORTLOCK TRY"

CONVERSION MISSED........giteau never missed one at training yesterday

SA escape unscathed and could break here if they can find Habana(coc kabana) wide right...they get the ball to him but that's a great three-tackle show from Hynes to force the fumble.
Breathtaking rugby thus far as (ham)Burger departs for Kankowski!

this is the 1st game with the new rules and its making for fast rugby

Bad news on either side though as Mortlock also leaves the field looking very dazed for Ryan Cross!(ex aust. league player)
The replay shows a shoulder from lock Botha was the problem for the Aus skipper.
The scrum is collapsed by SA for a chance to extend the lead...on-target this time!
GITEAU PENALTY!...........and finally converts

(fannie) De Villiers makes a couple more changes now with (vita)Brits and Steenkamp pulled off slightly early.
SA have an immediate chance to wipe out that Giteau strike for hands in the ruck...
James(the names bond) makes no mistake bang in front!

Another handling mistake from the Boks leaves a sour taste though as Burgess puts in 45-out.
Smart rugby from Giteau on his home patch as he slides one through to the SA 22 to test out new man (levi)Strauss...he finds his man!

Turnover ball for Aus saw Giteau and (kris)Cross busy down the right before Januarie(sick and tired you've been hanging on me) snaffled and hacked long with Habana (coco kabana) racing after.
But (jimmy)Barnes got their first and made a b-line for touch fifteen from his own line!

Attacking scrum for SA with pretty much the whole of the left side of the pitch on offer!
But Smith (im not the cricket captain) fumbles in midfield as he'd looked to have been put through a gap...

Finally, the series of kicks ends with Pietersen (im not the cricketer)taken out by Giteau on halfway.
SA know it's not the time for Steyn and look for position and an attacking platform!

The Boks are looking threatening with Habana (coco kabana) waiting on the touchline!
Jantjes hands it on to his speedster to crash over...BUT the video ref says no try this time...but he lose the ball before the whitewash!
More changes for SA sees Botha, James(the names bond) and Habana (coco kabana)depart!
