Northern Districts to be strong if the fatty bumbaa Cosgrove plays all year with them if still on the outer from the Shield side.

rumour has it that cooper will play where ever dan christian is playing so one would suggest university. believe prospect have been chasing hard for klinger, who was in town last week ''meeting'' some people at northern suburbs pub. not heard anything on the others.

note that northern districts have lost ryan harris and steven busbridge has retired after the glenelg game which was last game last year, and cossies didnt do to well for them last season did he read a messenger article saying ha averaged 4 and a bit for them for the season

im thinking prehaps jamie panelli from kensys, always in the wickets. trent pascoe from the jets must start to get a look in aswell soon as a rookie especially after his team mate harris has left and they dont seem to wanna play c sayers after 2 outstanding season, what more did he have to do? play grade cricket in NSW? slattery who use to be at uni, prehaps should have got a look in over the years. there is some just to get it rolling IF

panelli maybe
pascoe is a chance, i would say kirk pascoe before trent, i think trent had back problems a year ago or something like that
i remember seeing him playing C grade a year or so ago, dont quote me on that though.
C sayers would get a shot next season u would think, he has been making runs and still taking wickets, probs the best option as a replacement to harris IMO!

kirk pascoe played most of the season in the bs, and from what i have seen is a long way behind his brother who i think maybe had 3 or 5 fas this season, and when i have faced him you always know you are in for a contest. two different players completely though. prehaps kirks jets team mate izzy borgas or sturts tom moffat before kirk

the fact they have not given c sayers ago yet, do they think he is to slow? not good enough? i feel when he does get his chance he will have to grab as they might discard him quickly ala jason borgas this season just been

i agrre with u with chadd but i think he may do alright, just needs a chance!
could be a rofe type bowler, not the quickest just bowls good areas and will be able to contribute a few down the order with the bat.

didnt see or hear much of pascoe last yr but i just remember kirk doing pretty good
trent was better when they were younger IMO
maybe he has taken over again??

Agree on sayers being similar pace but rofe is 6"6 compared to sayers 6"0. SACA IMO seem to want tall bowlers in there squads and line up- the promotion of Haberfield (approx 6"4) and George (6"6) to rookie and squad contracts being a case in point- as well as letting t kelly (6"0)go when he had superior pedigree
